Wedding Disappointment

In fairness we will rate Daniels Photography 1 star for showing up to the wedding and printing out the photos.
Paid $2530 for a wedding package up front. Met with Daniels before the wedding an explained what we wanted in the album and what kind of photos we like.
Daniels showed up for the wedding as requested. They are a husband and wife combo which doesn’t seem to get along well.
Got to view the pictures online. My wife and I were not impressed. It was tough picking 30 good pictures. Daniels assured us that they would provide 2-3 different album designs and post them on the website.
We received the album 2 months later. We were shocked to learn that it contained 30 8x10s shoved in an album. We contacted Daniels immediately to ask "what happened".
Daniels was not helpful in resolving the issue. They said "nothing would make us happy" and hung up the phone.
We would not recommend Daniels photography to family or friends in the North Alabama area.
