We first would like to thank Curtis for being a part of our wonderful day and making it even more memorable. From the initial meetings to the wedding day, everything was enjoyable and effortless with Curtis. He goes above and beyond to make the wedding exactly what the bride and groom would like. Curtis is professional and has an excellent personality for this profession. Our wedding was a few weeks ago and we are still receiving complements about our DJ, Curtis. He did such a great job entertaining our guests and, respectfully and professionally, joining in the fun. Curtis’s demeanor is not over the top, or too much, it is just perfect. He makes the bride and groom feel special and makes sure they are the certain of attention. Curtis plays it “cool” by blending in and accommodating the bride, the groom, and the guests.

With almost every guest flying into Phoenix from all over North America, it was important to have great entertainment. Curtis did exactly that for us, and it made our night worry free allowing us to partake in the fun and excitement. He played a perfect variety of music as we had quite a variety of guests. Everyone had a great time on the dance floor, especially us (the bride and groom). We will truly never forget at least half of the guests on the dance floor dancing to Gangnum Style, and we may have made that a “first” for Curtis too!

Curtis was wonderful! I can't recommend him more. I really wanted a classy, fun, elegant wedding, and Curtis was the perfect DJ for the job. I was so afraid of finding a tacky DJ, but Curtis put me at ease immediately. The songs he played were awesome, the dance lights made the party, and his interaction with my guests made it great for everyone! I am so happy I picked Curtis and I would do it again in a minute.

Curtis was absolutely amazing, and we are so glad we chose him as our wedding DJ. He was extremely easy to contact whenever we had questions, met up with us early to make sure our slideshow would work (even taking time away from setting up for another event to try it out on his projector), and most importantly rocked out our wedding! Working in the field myself as a wedding vendor (I'm in the videography field) I've known Curtis for sometime and I know a lot of other DJ's as well. In my experience shooting weddings I came to realize that even above wedding planners it's the DJ the day of the wedding that keep the day going in the right or wrong direction, so it was important for us get the best DJ possible. Curtis was numero uno on my list and thankfully he had our date open.

I can't recommend Curtis highly enough, I've literally seen DJ's turn down the GROOM for a music request because they didn't think it fit (that DJ later finally played the song and it got the biggest reaction of the night BTW) and I've seen DJ's botch peoples names BADLY. These are the type of problems that you just don't have to worry about with Curtis. Music is very important to my wife and I so we gave him a list of both certain songs we wanted to play at certain times and an overly (very much overly) long list of the type of artists and songs we were looking for/liked. He used this list wonderfully, mixing in favorites from the list and using it as a basis to know where to go when he wanted to throw in songs not on the list. He was funny and worked well with the crowd, he's never too obtrusive or talkative. He also dealt with a situation involving someone pushing him to make a special accommodation for someone like a true class act. In the end, Curtis went above and beyond in his services at both the wedding and reception. He also doesn't just show up on time, he shows up before anyone else.

Class act all the way, Curtis was one of the top 3 decisions we made for our wedding. My favorite DJ around!

Curtis provided a great soundtrack to our wedding day incorporating both crowd favorites and our favorites. The projection onto the dance floor and the lighting at the reception amazed both us and our guests. Thanks for rocking our wedding!

CURTIS ROCKS!!!!!! He was so amazing! He went above and beyond "normal DJ duties"! He helped us with song selection and even gave advice on our slideshow. His lighting techniques really made the reception room look amazing! He was professional and entertaining Some of the comments our guests gave were "BEST DJ EVER" and "That guy is awesome"! I would highly recommend Curtis to anyone!!

Curtis Whipple's services at our wedding were fantastic. He provided a great mix of music and he has a wonderful rapport with the crowd. He made our event SO much fun. I particularly loved the lighting effects during our first dance - I felt like we were dancing in the stars and I'll never forget it! My friends had such a good time and my feet STILL hurt from doing so much dancing!

Curtis was awesome! He was so organized throughout my entire reception. Everyone had their feet tapping all night. I don't think the dance floor was ever empty. He stayed focused and was upbeat and kept everyone excited about what was next. He's very talented at reading the audience and feeling what kind of music should be played because every song seemed to get everyone more pumped up than the last. He loves what he does and it is very evident in watching him work, which gives the entire event more pizzazz. I would not ask for anyone else if I ever needed entertainment for an upcoming event. He's the best. Thanks Curtis for entertaining everyone and for the unending comments I am getting about how much fun everyone had.

Curtis is AWESOME! The music was perfect, no hitch in it what so ever. He has a wonderful setup, totally self contained. A setup outside for our ceremony and inside. He had the dance floor hopping! We had so much fun and he made sure - a wonderful master of ceremony as well. Everyone loved him! He also made a light "decal" of our last name and wedding date for the dance floor and had a complete lighting rig set up as well...I would recommend him again and again!

Curtis is so much fun! He is very passionate about his job and I knew from the 1st meeting he was going to be OUR DJ. Curtis is very professional and keeps it FUN. He is very well prepared and also made sure groom and I were ready for the next thing on the agenda/timeline. Just make sure you provide him with a list of songs you absolutely want to hear (I forgot this step)

Curtis went above and beyond for our ceremony. We went to visit his studio and from the moment we walked in, we knew he was "it."
The music choices he selected were songs that I would have never thought of. He gave us choices that he thought would fit our age and style. He was "right on."
We also asked him if you could provide a song for my soloist. Not only could he, he learned the song, set up a time to rehearse with her, brought his keyboard to the wedding, played it "live," AND did harmony vocals. It was beautiful.
How impressive.
He kept the reception and dance moving flawlessly perfect.
You will not find anyone more professional, honest and so much fun to work with.
