Perfect setting!

Anna Perez and the team at the Biltmore Hotel were excellent. They worked tirelessly to make us happy and provide elements that weren’t always a part of the regular wedding package. Anna was caring , responsive and always willing to go the extra mile to help achieve our vision. The food was fantastic and plentiful, the service was superior and the entire hotel staff worked hard to keep out guests happy. We were thrilled with our experience.

Absolutely beautiful

We had our wedding at The Biltmore this past January, and our guests are still raving about it! Since we aren’t from Miami, we wanted a venue that was easy to work with, logistically seamless, and aligned with our vision. The Biltmore was all that and more!

At first, I had completely ruled out hotels—I didn’t think they fit the wedding aesthetic I had in mind. But when my husband and our wedding planner suggested The Biltmore, everything changed the moment I stepped inside. This isn’t just any hotel. Its Mediterranean-Spanish architecture, inspired by Seville’s Cathedral, gives it an old-world European charm that made it the perfect setting for our wedding. I instantly fell in love!

From the start, Anna, our main point of contact, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Wedding planning can be stressful, but her attention to detail and type-A organization ensured everything ran smoothly, both during the planning process and on the big day. She worked seamlessly with our wedding planner, accommodating all our needs and making sure every detail was perfect. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Beyond Anna, the entire Biltmore team was incredible. Hospitality is clearly at the heart of what they do. On the wedding day, we had a dedicated staff member ensuring we had everything we needed—food, drinks, and anything else—so we could fully enjoy every moment.

We are beyond grateful to The Biltmore for making our wedding day unforgettable. Thank you for bringing our dream wedding to life!

We cannot thank Ana Perez and her team enough for making our daughter's wedding day truly magical and unforgettable at the beautiful Biltmore Hotel historic venue. Her attention to every detail in bringing to life the creative vision of Christy Lizana ( amazing wedding planner) and their collaboration in bringing our ideas to life exceeded all our expectations. From start to finish, the entire experience felt like a shared vision backed by an unwavering commitment to make this an unforgettable wedding weekend. This was all possible due to this team’s amazing dedication, professionalism and expertise.

The elegant ambiance, the seamless flow of the day, and the special touches Ana, Amanda and Christy added made the celebration unforgettable for us and our guests. We received so many compliments, and we owe it all to this incredible team. The banquet service the night of the wedding was impeccable and the food was delicious.

Exceptional wedding venue

The Biltmore Hotel was the perfect venue for our daughter’s wedding. The hotel provides unmatched beauty and exceptional service! The wedding planning department, and particularly, Anna Perez, created a memorable and seamless experience for our daughter. The venue is magical and each member of the hotel staff (front desk, catering, waiters, etc.) provided service that exceeded expectations by leaps and bounds. Each one of our events were hosted by friendly, efficient, and very professional staff. I do not believe that a venue characterized by innate beauty and professional staff can be found anywhere else in Florida!

Beautiful Venue

Katie and Krystia are wonderful to work with. The food was delicious, catering and hotel staff are exceptional, and we heard amazing things from our guests about the grounds and staff as well. The perfect venue for a classy and historic Miami wedding.

Picture Perfect!

We had our wedding in the Biltmore Hotel on May 11, 2019, and were blown away by the overall experience. The venue itself was exactly what we were looking for in terms of food, atmosphere, scenery and overall experience. Katie, Bruce, and the rest of the staff were nothing but helpful in the run-up and during the course of the planning I couldn't praise them enough. We made several changes due to family emergencies and they worked with us the entire time.

As a wedding venue, we couldn't fault anything. The food was out of this world and all our guests commented on the quality of food on offer. The crab cakes, the red snapper, shredded beef, the dessert, and the breakfast the following morning by the pool was all amazing! Additionally, the venue played a huge part in the success of our weekend and the amount of our guests who are still talking about your venue is a testament to that.

Myself and my now husband can't wait to go back for future events, thanks again!

A beautiful location with amazing people!

The Biltmore is a beautiful location with amazing people. Bruce, Vanessa and Katie were an absolute joy to work with. The Granada Ballroom was gorgeous and the hotel handled flipping the room from ceremony to reception without issue. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. We are very happy that we had our wedding at the Biltmore!

My daughter and her new husband got married at the Biltmore last night and we could not have asked for a better venue. From the incredible beauty of the venue itself to the professional and friendly staff, everything went off perfectly. Jenny, Katie and Deborah were extremely helpful, professional and they make you feel like your wedding is the most important one they are working on. My daughter and her husband had the wedding of their dreams. I can’t think of any venue in the South Florida area that has the richness and charm of the Biltmore hotel. Our guests were all amazed

The Biltmore is the Biltmore for a reason. They have several weddings each weekend and somehow the team manages to make each bride feel like she is the only one. The venue is breathtaking. The catering and events office - Cristina, Katie, Deborah - they are just the best. The Biltmore does have preferred vendors that each wedding is obligated to use, but the choices are many and I actually felt more comfortable working with vendors who are regulars at the hotel. I was a bride without worries!

I had a small ceremony at Vizcaya and our reception dinner at the Biltmore where we also stayed. The food was amazing as well as our wedding cake! This place is top notch and full of history. Service is impeccable. You'll feel like a queen, that's for sure!

The Biltmore Hotel was the best decision that we have made! We wanted our wedding to have that Spanish/ colonial look and we fall in love with the Biltmore.Our wedding was a dream wedding, it was worth every penny. Our wedding was a destination wedding friends and family came from different parts of Latin America and New York/ New Jersey where we live and everyone who attended were impressed of the venue and what a fun and amazing wedding it was.Since the day we went to Miami to look for venues we were treated so well and the event team is amazing and super professional. The ballrooms are amazing and the hotel even more. Everything was perfect, the food amazing, the professionalism, easy to reach, attentive. Our wedding was magical, outstanding venue, amazing team!

I would give 100 stars if I could. First off, from the minute you sign the contract they are with you every step of the way and answer any question at any time. They also allowed us to customize our menu in a way that we felt really represented us as a couple. Between the incredibly professional staff, phenomenal food, five star service, drop dead gorgeous venue - let me just tell you, the Biltmore knows how to throw one hell of a wedding. We were able to have a wedding beyond anything we could've ever dreamed. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that has the budget for it.

I don't know where to begin with the tremendous service the Bitlmore provided with our wedding planning. Bruce and Natalia are a DREAM team, answering every question I had along the way while planning my fairytale wedding. I went to school right down the street at the University of Miami, so the Biltmore holds a very special place in my heart --- this is why I chose this as our wedding venue. Aside from the charm, the hotel itself offers a range of activities for guests as well as attention to detail that is unmatched (my husband golfed on their world wide known course and raved about it). We were looking for a more old school kind of feel and the Biltmore provided us just that. The Granada Ballroom was spectacular and the detail throughout the room was only amplified with the uplighting we had set up around the room. As my husband said, it looks like a castle from the Game of Thrones! (Except we didn't have a red wedding hah!). The food was exquisite and Natalia handled every single catering request we had --- even down to the food for the Bride and Groom suites for getting ready. We had our ceremony out on the back lawn and were so lucky we had such beautiful weather --- and a gorgeous view while we said our vows. Bruce was there to help with preparations with the vendors and everything of the sort --- we could not have put this production on without the two of you helping! Thank you to the Bitlmore for making us feel so special on our wedding weekend and I already cant wait to return for an anniversary trip!! *TIP* The golf suites are AMAZING!

I chose the Biltmore Hotel for my wedding reception and I could not be more happy! Everything was amazing, the food, the ballrooms, the staff, and the list goes on. I planned my wedding two states away and I have to say that I trusted them with all my ideas and everything was beautifully executed! I would definitely have them again for future events!

Not only is the Biltmore Hotel one of the most beautiful venues in the world to be married in, but the event staff is truly what put our experience over the top! The team of Natalia and Bruce went above and beyond in every aspect of the pre-wedding planning, and we're there every step of the way on the day of event! Wonderful! The attention to detail was out of this world. From picking the linens, chairs, entrees, wine, etc., everything was truly a wonderful experience. The level of attention that the Biltmore paid me (BRIDE) during the reception was unparalleled. I was made to feel like a princess and I will never forget my experience. Worth it!

Anyone that has seen the Biltmore knows it is an absolutely stunning venue, but what I cannot say enough about is Sari who we feel like is a gd send! She is so sensitive to client needs and really goes above and beyond to make this a joyful process! As if the venue wasn't attraction enough, sari made it a dream come true!

The wedding reception venue could not have been more elegant and beautiful. The "event planning" at the Biltmore helps you coordinate your vendors and makes sure everything is in place. Our coordinator/manager/catering assured us during the entire process that our event would be spectacular. She was always available to talk to us if we had any concerns and we always felt reassured after meeting with her. Dinner, we could have been at a 5Star restaurant, the service was constant and the food cooked and prepared to perfection.

There is no venue which compares when trying to find the perfect wedding spot in South Florida. The Biltmore is a beautiful hotel and the service was excellent. We had the dream wedding!! Cristina in the catering office is so great to work with and she is there on the wedding day to make sure everything runs smoothly! They work with the best vendors and all recommended vendors were amazing.

Cant enphasize enough what an incredible venue this was. The hotel is charmign in itself, couple that with their team and you are guarateed to have an excellent wedding. They really understand how the event is supposed to go, and are very detail oriented. They also made sure that me and wife had a personal waiter during the event, seeing to our every need. I really appreciate the time and effort put forth by the Biltmore Hotel during my wedding.

What more can I say the Biltmore is the most prestigious hotel in Miami, Coral Gables. As a little girl I dreamed of getting married at the Biltmore, that dream came true on 10/27/12, everything was absolutely perfect, the food was delicious, the service was amazing, everything was truly perfect!! I highly recommend one of Miami's most historic places for your wedding day! The day after we enjoyed the amazing Sunday brunch, oh my gosh it is delicious, followed by lounging all day in a private cabana by the pool, we also spent the night before the wedding in a beautiful golf suite! This is the place to go!

The grandness and old Hollywood glamour of The Biltmore Hotel is magnificently beautiful. The moment we saw the grandeur of the hotel with its spectacular ballrooms with their unique Spanish flair, we knew this would be the perfect venue for us. We had the pleasure of working with Bruce Barbaree and Katie Page, who were spectacular from start to finish. We came to Bruce with the idea of we don't want anything that has ever been done before - here's what we are thinking. He truly embraced that and helped us mold our ideas from concepts to reality. Katie was incredible as far as organizing and executing all the way up until that evening. The quality, dedication and creativity that the Biltmore team possesses is in a league of their own. Lastly, I had to mention the grace and professionalism exhibited by the wonderful David Castro, the fantastic Front Desk Manager, who treated our guests like gold. He made our experience so easy and for our guests it was seamless.

If you are considering the Biltmore for your wedding, your expectations will be blown out of the water! They made my dreams come true!

The Biltmore was an excellent choice for our wedding!
Deborah and Cristina were great to work with and helped us very much before and during our wedding event.
Our guest as well as my husband and I loved the beautiful "Golf Fountain' that was assigned to us. The weather was on our side and with the beautiful hotel views, we were all amazed and grateful to have our wedding there. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family!

Christina Gamez is a great facilitator of services and can help guide the groom and bride through the process very well. Her demeanor is perfect for this potentially stressful experience. The staff is extremely attentive and the food is absolutely wonderful. We chose the Filet Mignon and the Chilean Sea Bass and both were delicious! The hotel provides a great back drop for the ceremony outside or they can adjust if the weather is inclement. The room we used for our reception was incredible. It was traditional and classy. We felt like a king and queen with the services The Biltmore provided.

The Biltmore Hotel is magical! The staff was friendly and attentive. Cristina Gamez from catering is amazing very detial oriented and professional. Offered her creativity to master my wedding. I was very happy with the service and food. Lizandro and Angela our personal servers were on the ball and worked around the clock to make sure everything went as planned. They were so helpful and accommodating! They were flexible and very patient with all of our questions and concerns. It was absolutely beautiful. We were also so grateful and impressed for the free room upgrade my husband and I got. Everything was amazing!

Everything at the Biltmore was amazing-- they work extremely hard to make sure your day goes off without a hitch. Many props to Natalia and Bruce- they were nothing but amazing! The venue is stunning, the food is delicious, and their teams are there to do nothing but make your dreams come true.

I took off half a point for professionalism on account of one person cc'ing me on an email argument with a vendor about where they would be entering the hotel-- this would have been fine except for the NOT ON MY WATCH tone of the email. I thought it was an unnecessary stressor a week before my wedding.

I first fell in love with the Biltmore when I saw it online, I had never seen the hotel before and after seeing a picture I knew it was where I had to get married. After seeing it in person, I only fell in love more. The beauty of the hotel certainly speaks for itself, and the team was very excited. Cristina and Katie are wonderful women; very professional and great at their jobs. The Biltmore can be a bit inflexible with allowing certain outside vendors, and they require that you pay your vendors through the Biltmore, so vendors tend to not be as willing to give price cuts, but I would say that having my wedding there was absolutely worth it. From the second I walked into the hotel on my wedding weekend the staff was SO accommodating and so nice to me, and I felt like I was an old friend and guest to everyone. I had a fairytale, dream-come-true wedding at the Biltmore and there was not one moment of my wedding weekend that I would have changed. The food was incredible, the venue was gorgeous, and I constantly had my breath taken away. I can't WAIT to go back someday soon!

Though it was VERY expensive the experience was well worth it. The food was amazing. The room was gorgeous and the service was impeccable. My husband and I had a personal attendant who helped me with every possible need. I had a headache from all the champagne from the cocktail reception and she ran and got me Advil. It was truly extraordinary. However, I did pay a heavy price for that service. That being said- I would pay it again for the same experience. My only complaint was the room was very warm- we made it as cold as possible and those who were dancing were still sweating. (I did get married in Miami in summer though)

Such a beautiful venue!!! My family loved staying there and we all greatly enjoyed the quality of service and of the venue. However, my only complaint is that they force you to utilize certain vendors, to whom they take a cut of their payment from, thus causing them to charge more. The expenses really added up, but in the end it was all worth it.

Couldn't have asked for a more beautiful wedding venue! The Biltmore Hotel has always been a special place to me since I remember visiting it as a kid and now I will always have fond memories of it as the place where I said "I do." The service we received from Cristina and the catering staff was always professional, responsive, kind and understanding making the planning process truly wonderful. That being said, we did experience quite a few things that were lacking/disappointing. The rooms themselves need some renovation, the front desk staff to be more well-informed, and we wish we had known some of the add-on expenses from the beginning since there always seemed to be more than what we had anticipated. Due to their many restrictions, personalizing your wedding is made somewhat difficult unless you are willing to pay more for them to be willing to make allowances. Overall, our wedding was amazing but The Biltmore has room for improvement.

The Biltmore hotel was quite expensive, but the location is BEAUTIFUL. They weren't very flexible about including our rehearsal dinner in with our wedding food and budget minimum, but we did get upgraded to the Everglades suite a day early! Overall, very happy with my wedding there!

The Biltmore is an exceptionally beautiful venue. Although the price is high, it is well worth it. However, I encountered unprofessional behavior on numerous occasions. It seems like they have too many events going on and frequently, the staff will tell you one thing, and then deny it later on. Fortunately, we had (almost) everything in writing so we were able to reference prior emails when these disputes came up. Still, it caused MANY MANY unnecessary headaches in the months prior to the wedding.

In addition to the many "tiny" problems we encountered, there was one big problem on the day of the wedding. After being told (two weeks in advance) there were no other weddings on my "big day," there was not one, but TWO weddings that day, including one at the SAME time as mine. Although I didn't speak to the other bride (who also had the same ceremony TIME), it was clear by the look on her face that she did not expect to see me there. The matter was made worse by the way they handled us throughout the day (e.g. I started off my day by being put in the room directly next to her room while we were getting ready. Later, they instructed my bridal party to wait in a particular area of the building. Unfortunately, the other bride (and her family) had to walk directly past all of us when they went to sign the ketubah. It was like this ALL day - we were constantly on top of each other prior to the ceremony). To say it was uncomfortable would be putting it mildly.

The ceremony was great but they used the wrong chairs for the ceremony. I also asked that some objects on the ceremony table to be arranged in a particular way and the Biltmore's wedding coordinator didn't do this (even though I reminded her 30 min before the ceremony). The food at the cocktail hour and reception was very good, but not excellent. Also, the linens were wrinkled.

The one thing that impressed me was the personal attendant for the reception. As a courtesy, the Biltmore provides you with someone who basically takes care of any need you might have (e.g. getting you Advil, fixing your dress, etc). She was FABULOUS and helped me countless times throughout the night.

Overall, I was satisfied with the service but not pleased. From what I've heard, many of these issues can be avoided if you use a wedding planner who has a working relationship with the Biltmore. If I had to do it again, I would consider the Biltmore but would probably opt for another venue.

People dream of getting married at the Biltmore and don't get me wrong, the venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. However, working with them was a really huge headache. From the very beginning I never felt like my business was important to them. They were very unwilling to compromise from day 1. In fact, they tried to force us to guarantee that we would book the 20 rooms above their ballroom (at over $400/night) because our wedding was going until 1 am instead of 12 pm. We even had meetings with them and they were very snoody and even had the nerve to ask "Why do you want to get married here?" almost as to push me out the door which I really didn't appreciate. As time went on, they did become slightly nicer and more willing to work with us on things, even upgrading us to a larger ballroom at no additional charge which we really did appreciate since that meant we didn't have to guarantee those 20 hotel rooms. Ultimately, on the day of the wedding, things ran extremely smoothly (except that we paid extra for hot crunchy churros with chocolate sauce that came out cold, soggy and with no chocolate sauce). The staff there really does know how to run a wedding day like a well oiled machine and I really did appreciate that. Unfortunately though, everything leading up to the wedding itself was really a hassle to the point that I actually would not recommend this venue. It is beautiful, and your wedding will ultimately be gorgeous here, but you're going to deal with a lot of headache and frustration leading up to your wedding day. It's a shame because this hotel holds so many events and so many weddings I didn't feel special or like my business was appreciated, I felt like a number and I felt like any time I reached out I was being an annoyance and frankly, I don't feel that any bride should feel that way, especially when spending the kind of money that this venue charges.

The Good: The planning process was excellent. Their responsiveness and flexibility is the reason we chose them as our reception venue. The location is ideal and the property is beautiful. Front desk staff is (for the most part) friendly and welcoming, the concierge team was very helpful, and the bellmen were lifesavers when moving in for a week. The restaurants on property are very good though somewhat pricey. Even the food served by the pool is delicious but, again, comes at a considerable price.

The Bad: The event did not live up to our expectations. The food and service was hit or miss, probably because they had other events going on that day and ours was not a priority.

The Sleepless: They had a generator going and we could hear it from our suite on the 6th floor. Various guests had to request a room change because it was so loud on lower floors. The hotel was sold out that weekend so many of our guests just suffered through it. The Terrace Suite, however, was lovely.

The Ugly: Reception decor was stolen from us and nobody seemed to care. There was zero effort made to recover the items, some of them valuable and irreplaceable, and an apology was never issued. They placed blame our day-of coordinator who we hired with their recommendation. The Biltmore requires a day-of coordinator and it has to be someone on their partner list. Neither the day-of coordinator, her assistant, nor anyone at the Biltmore cared that our stuff had been stolen. I went all the way to the General Manager but he couldn't be bothered to speak with me.

The Peace Offering: They offered us a free stay for our anniversary to make up for the shortcomings of our experience but we declined. Having had our wedding reception fall considerably short of our expectations, we prefer to celebrate our anniversary elsewhere.

The Gist: There are so many other beautiful venues in Miami, I wish I had expanded my horizons just a little further.

Unorganized

To have spent the amount of money on this venue you would think “you pay for what you get” but in reality that was not the case. The lack of customer service this hotel provides is insane! Spending 2 hours just standing in the morning for sense of direction not knowing that the room was in fact ready all that time. The groom got there at 10, complained about the room not having food and then finally getting a menu to order to get food by 1/2pm. All in all, every other vendor pulled through and helped with the rest of the party.

The Biltmore Hotel is a beautiful venue, however, that is the only thing that stands out.

The service was decent. Some items were left behind at the reception and they lost them within 10 hours. Never to be recovered. No accountability.

The hotel rooms are old and outdated. One or two guests had leaks in their rooms and had to move.

The holding rooms for the groom and bride were conference rooms. Nothing special.

I would spend my money elsewhere given the cost.

Better Off Somewhere Else

The more exclusive the resort, the worse the service gets. Besides the STUNNING venue, I wouldn’t recommend the venue/service to anyone. Just as any venue, you have a minimum to meet, which you’d expect the venue to meet atleast some type of standard to cater to their clients. After multiple emails of requests (post-contract), I would be waiting 1-2 weeks for a response from anyone. My event would get moved from person to person and I was never informed when it was switched so then I had to figure out who to contact each time. Empty promises were made and major lack of communication in departments was present. My room blocks were reserved incorrectly by their reservation team. Day before my big special day, they failed to inform me that the AC was not working properly and put up a large black wall block the back window and no one at the hotel was aware of what to do with it. I requested a golf cart for pictures on the venue property after our ceremony which was supposed to be reserved and was confirmed by the department but then comes to find out that they ran out of golf carts.
Both getting ready room were missing items that were also on our event order. The list can go on…. Save yourself the headache and money and look somewhere else. Sorry 🤷🏼‍♀️

I stayed at the Biltmore the day before my wedding and my wedding night. I was underwhelmed with the service that I received. I made the employees aware that I would be staying for my wedding but received nothing, not even a congratulations from what I remember. I've traveled personally and on business often and have received small recognition gifts, complimentary of the hotels, making my stay more pleasurable. Brides are not owed anything but it doesn't take much to "wow" a customer with a small token of appreciation for choosing your business.

Horrible New Management

We had our wedding here last year and I’ve finally mustered the courage to write about it. It was a beautiful day IN SPITE of the management. I can’t get into specifics in fear of backlash, but I pray that no bride has the experience I had. Everything was made to be the fault of my husband and I despite having conditions documented via email. Please take your money to another venue until this one has brand new management.

Customer Service Lacking

I emailed to get information about their wedding packages. I received a fairly quick response. Then after that… nothing. I requested a tour via email and never heard back. I called and was unable to get ahold of anyone. I even drove to the hotel but decided not to go inside to speak to anyone because I was tired of trying to reach out. I am not sure how great they are once the respond to an email but I won’t try reaching out again. Two months is long enough.
