I ordered my wedding dress in November. The customer services were so helpful on the phone, the transaction was done quickly and i was given an estimated time of 3 months for my dress to arrive. I paid just over half of the amount I would have had to pay if i were to buy the dress from a bridal shop. The dress arrived 20 days before it was due in perfect conditions, the exact size and very well packaged. I only paid £50 for the delivery and VAT. The dress was even more beautiful than Id first saw it in a bridal shop. I could not believe the deal I got ordering my dress from Best Bridal. I had never ordered any clothing from internet so I was very apprehensive but it seems like I had nothing to worry. It was the best deal. I recommend Best Bridal shop to any bride to be. I would also advise not to worry if you change your mind when the dress arrives, the customer services are so efficient that you could return it and get another or another size in no time at all. i bought i pair shoes from this company. i was told that the shoes run small by costumer service, only when i got them they were clown shoes. I called to return them, I know the return poilcy is harsh, but i thought since they said order up they might help out and exchange for me. no such luck, instead i was told that i would have to pay 50% restock fee and shipping even with return. when i didnt get my return email i callled again only to be told this time that this brand could not be returned. so i'm out my money with shoes that are too big that i was advised to order that big. would not recommed to a friend or enemy.

My bridesmaids all bought their Alfed Angelo dresses through bestbridalprices.com. We had an excellent experience. I created an event under my name all the girls had to do was call or go on the website enter my special code under their order and all of the dresses were shipped at the same time to me once the last girl put in her order. I dealt with Joann who was amazing. I was having trouble getting some of my bridesmaids to order and she emailed them personally and got the ball rolling. Excellent experience, excellent company, and an excellent price. Would definitely use again for special occasion dresses!

HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered a vest and tie for my groom, upon ordering it said nothing about taking months to arrive. A few weeks later I realized the vest would not arrive until the week of the wedding. I called to see if anything could be done to speed things up, I was willing to pay extra if need be. I was basically told I am out of luck. I ordered to tie at a later date, and was informed the tie would ship a month before the vest would ship. Well the tie did not arrive so I thought maybe it was coming with the vest. I was told to contact the store a few weeks before the estimated arrival of the vest to ensure it is shipping on time. I first emailed them because with my work schedule it is hard to call during their business hours, I got an email saying someone would get back to me within 72 hours, well a month and half later I am still waiting for that response. I called and did not get a hold of anyone, no return phone calls either. Then out of no where the vest arrives, early actually. I thought this will be good. WRONG the vest is sooooo small, the sizing chart on the website is way wrong. Oh and the tie never came. I am still trying to get a hold of the company to return and receive a refund. Especially for the tie that never came, seriously 40 bucks for tie that never came when I was able to get 4 ties for 20 bucks that are just as good of quality. Use caution when working with this company.

I got my wedding dress from Best Bridal Prices for almost half the price they wanted in the store. It was the exact same dress and arrived fairly quickly (for a wedding dress - it still took a few weeks) with no problems. I found a veil I liked from them as well, which came free with the dress. They sent my mom a free garment bag when she called to ask about buying one. Overall I had a good experience with this website.

This designer can be found online and way cheaper than buying in the Bridal Boutiques. Most dresses by Designers can be found online and way cheaper than the stores. Go to the stores try on a dress you like, find out the designer name and try to get a number. Then go online and search. You should know your size ahead of time so if you find it you already have the sizing info. I saved 400.00 buying a dress online. David's bridal had the designer dress at 690.00 and i bought the same one for 238.00 including shipping. It was a DaVinci and the exact same dress that was in David's Bridal Shop and House of Brides but 400.00 cheaper!!! Pays to investigate online!!!

I bought a pair shoes from best bridal prices. i was told to order a size up for the shoes because they run small, only to get clown shoes. when i called to return the shoes, first i was told that there was 50% restock fee and i wouold pay for shipping! they when i didnt get my return email, i contacted them again to find out that i couldnt return that brand! Even if there was a defect, i would have to go through the designer not the company, they take not responsablity. I would not recommed this site for a friend or enemy. READ the return poilcy and double check the brands your order. FOr two more dollars i went to shoebuy.com and got my shoes with free shipping and free return shipping with no questions asked.

I recently ordered my dress online from Best Bridal Prices after trying it on in a store. I couldn't be happier with the service they have provided. One week after I ordered the dress, I noticed that the designer showed one that appeared identical but with a different style number. I called BBP and they explained that they sell both and that the only difference was the material. They suggested that I check with the store where I tried on the dress to determine which one I wanted. It turned out I had ordered the WRONG dress- or the right dress in the wrong material. When I call back, I spoke with Joanne again and she was wonderful. They were able to cancel my order and reorder the correct dress. It will arrive a week later than originally planned, which is still 2 months before the store would have had it for me. Joanne was very patient and did everything to make sure that I got the dress I wanted. And the best part is that they didn't even charge me extra- and the dress was almost $200 less than in the store. I would definitely reccommend ordering from here. Customer service is available and excellent, which was my only concern with not having been to the actual store.

I definately did not want that cheap looking over priced crap at DB. I wanted a high fashioned gown at a reasonable price. I found it. It was elegant, beautiful, and affordable. I put in my measurements when it returned it fit like a dream. Absolutely no alterations. All for $225.

I ordered my Maggie Sottero gown from this site and had a wonderful experience. Shipping was free and I was not charged sales tax since I'm outside of Illinois. I also received a free veil and shoes of my choice which saved me another $120 or so. The dress arrived in 4 months rather than the 8 months a local boutique estimated.

I saved a total of $400 buying the gown online, although I highly recommend trying it on if you can find the dress at a store locally so you know that everything will fit.

Dress was a perfect fit! Arrived promptly and in great condition.

I purchased a sample dress for $288, originally $570. It came with some spots, but I sent it back and they cleaned it. I would recommend ordering new from this company to be on the safe side.

If you are within driving distance of the St. Louis area, I highly recommend you drive to Godfrey and see what the brick-and-mortar store of Best Bridal Prices has in stock, then go back home and order online. You really can't beat their prices, and they are easy to work with. I ordered a Maggie Sottero that was in stock and had it within a week. I also got free shoes and a free veil (which came two months later, since they had to be ordered) and they were absolutely gorgeous. Best Bridal Prices was so great to work with, my bridesmaids ordered their dresses from them as well. Highly recommended!!
