I've photographed weddings of all sizes at the Bar Harbor Inn, and I've always observed top-notch attention to the couple's wants and needs. The Inn has an incredibly convenient location--right in between downtown Bar Harbor and the Shore Path, so when guests are not at the wedding, they can easily walk from their rooms to area restaurants and shops or go the other way for a lovely stroll along the rocky Acadia coastline. Plus, its view of the harbor and the Porcupine Islands is unmatched.

The Inn has a lovely spot outside for couples who want to hold their ceremony overlooking the water. Then, there are two separate function rooms, a smaller one for intimate weddings (with a lovely balcony overlooking the harbor) and a larger room downstairs ringed with windows overlooking the water. Its a perfect location for a classic Maine wedding.

The most picturesque place for wedding photos, great staff, good cuisine,,,a wonderful venue!! I would recommend the Bar Harbor Inn for a wedding or any event.
