Exceptional Wedding Planner!

I cannot say enough good things about Elizabeth! Our wedding was beyond anything we could have imagined thanks to her amazing work and efforts. Through multiple COVID reschedules, she was so on to of everything and seamlessly coordinated with our various vendors to make our big day possible. She was incredibly professional, responsive, and organized so that even when last minute/unexpected issues came up, we did not have to stress about it. She was also incredibly helpful in making recommendations for other vendors. We are so thankful for Elizabeth!

WOW! I don't even know if I have the words to describe how wonderful After Yes is! I worked with Elizabeth throughout the planning process and she was absolutely amazing. She was extremely timely and organized. She would always e-mail me back and never made me feel like any of my questions were "dumb" (which I am sure some of them were). Elizabeth was always full of good ideas and completely understood my "vision" for the wedding. Not only did she send me lists of fabulous vendors, but she helped me narrow them down and attended final meetings with me. I have a difficult time making final decisions on things, and she was on it and able to tell me her honest opinion down to every last detail of the wedding. Throughout the entire process she went out of her way to make a connection with me and truly understand my wants and needs. You can tell she puts a lot of focus and detail into each individual wedding that she plans and makes each bride feel like they are one-of-a-kind!
The day of the wedding was just as great. She and Amanda were around the entire day and even stopped in while we were getting ready just to say "hi" and make sure things were running smoothly. They are both so extremely patient and were able to coordinate our rather large bridal party and family to make sure they arrived to the right place at the right time. They helped the entire day run smoothly. My husband and I did not have to worry about a single thing!
Elizabeth and Amanda are not just wedding planners, but they make planning a wedding a more personal experience. By the end of it all, I felt like we were friends!! I am already thinking up other events and I can have them help me plan ;) Chose After Yes! You will NOT be disappointed!!

After Yes is a dream come true. My mom and I could not have been happier with our planning experience and my fiance and I could not have been more pleased with the way our entire wedding weekend turned out. Amanda is incredibly knowledgable and kind and we loved our time with her. She was aware of great vendors that would work with our personalities and budgets. On the actual wedding day, I was able to be excited and stress-free, as I knew Amanda has everything taken care of. And she sure did--our wedding went off without a hitch and Amanda was there the whole time making sure everything was exactly how we wanted it to be. Especially for two people planning a wedding that are not from Dallas, Amanda made the process fun and easy. We are so grateful for After Yes!

Amanda and Elizabeth are wonderful! They were crucial on the day of my wedding making sure everything ran smoothly. My groom kept stepping on my dress and breaking the bustle (sigh) and they were there each time with their emergency kit to put it back together! I also had a DIY photo booth at the reception and Amanda made it her personal mission to make sure it was working and the guests knew how to use it. She truly went above and beyond which I so appreciate! They made my wedding day stress-free which allowed me to relax and have a great time at my own wedding. Highly recommend!!

Elizabeth and Amanda did an AMAZING job helping us with our wedding! They gave us a detailed task list, continually updated us on our budget, and always had great recommendations for vendors. They helped us make pretty much every major decision for the wedding, and the day was perfect. Not only did they help us with all the planning, but their day of coordination was terrific. I didn't have a single worry all day because I knew everything was taken care of, and I never heard of anything going wrong at all. They were always very focused on helping us figure out what exactly we wanted, and they had some really great suggestions that we never would have come up with ourselves. I would highly recommend After Yes!!

My husband and I are so glad we chose After Yes. Elizabeth and Shelby helped us create the wedding of our dreams, in our budget, with care and expertise. From the first meeting, she got to know us instead of creating a "wedding in a box". They are creative and helpful. I recommend them to anyone who wants to enjoy their wedding day. Elizabeth from 'After Yes' was amazing. She saved the day times a million. She helped us before and also helped us during the day. There was a lot going on and she was so calm throughout it all in the way she helped with every detail. I was the matron of honor and she even helped me throughout the months before and the day of. She would accept my calls, emails, text messages, and requests. She was a huge help and worth every single penny. I loved how she would chime in with helpful hints and also keep everyone on budget so we had a great wedding without feeling like we were frustrated with the budget the whole time.

I had a wedding planner for my wedding back in 2007 (mine was up in Pennsylvania so I couldn't use 'After Yes') and I had high expectations for my BFF's wedding planner and Elizabeth met and exceeded all my expectations!!

Elizabeth and Chelsea from After Yes were the best wedding planners ever! I met with Elizabeth and told her my style and my lack of creativitiy and planning and she took it from there. She gave me choices for all my vendors which ALL turned out to be fantastic. She emailed us all the time with timelines and decisions that needed to be made. She made it such a simple and FUN process for my husband and I. The day of the wedding, I showed up and EVERYTHING was perfect and done. The wedding and reception went off without a hitch and honestly EVERYONE LOVED IT! I am still hearing how much fun it was, that it was the best wedding ever, and many people are using my vendors for various other events or for their wedding. I could not have been happier with After Yes and give them my highest recommendation!

Our reception was done exactly as my daughter wanted - just beautiful. About three months into our planning, we realized that we were spending too much time researching how to plan this shindig, staying on a timeline, and finding a balance between good vendors and keeping on budget. We are so thankful that we found After Yes. Elizabeth jumped on board and got started right away. She gathered our ideas for the big day and immediately had a list of vendors that went with our style and price range. She was always available for my endless questions and constant flow of ideas, which assured us that she was listening to our needs. Elizabeth’s organizational skills are insane – girl is on top of it! She saved us so much time and struggle; this alone was priceless to us. I could have never imagined how completely surreal that day was, even after hearing it from everyone else. Elizabeth and Shelby handled that day like a boss. They were wonderful – standing nearby to make sure I had everything I needed the entire night. There was a flawless flow to our reception that we didn’t even have to think about, just enjoy – balancing visiting with guests and the traditional stops - cake cutting, garter toss etc. There were so many tiny details that were handled behind the scenes, this allowed us to focus on each other and enjoy every moment of our wedding day. Their attention to detail was so much more than we ever imagined and we are so thankful for their grace and hard work to make our day so beautiful!

If you are looking for a wedding planner, look no further than After Yes. I could not have found a better planner for my October 2011 wedding. The entire event went off without a hitch and this could not have happened without Elizabeth.

Elizabeth is prompt, meticulous, efficient, and incredibly sweet and supportive. She responded quickly to all of my questions throughout the eight months we worked together and she kept me on task in the planning process. Without her, I would have missed several crucial items on my to-do list, for sure.

Elizabeth's vendor contacts are top notch; these alone are worth her fee. I loved my florist, photographer, DJ, bakery, and invitation designer, all of whom Elizabeth introduced me to.

The day of the wedding was a breeze. All I had to do was show up and get dressed; Elizabeth took care of everything else for me. From organizing the vendors, to coordinating every step in the ceremony and reception, to making sure all of our gifts were packed up in the car before we left, Elizabeth handled everything!

Early on in the planning of our wedding, even though it was going to be small, we realized we needed a planner to pull everything together, and really let ourselves and our family relax and enjoy the engagement and the wedding. Choosing Elizabeth as our planner was THE best decision and investment that we made during the whole wedding process. From the start, she seemed like a trusted friend, and I was comfortable and confident in all of her suggestions she made for vendors. Plus, she just seemed to get our style and how we wanted to wedding to look and feel from the get-go and all her recommendations for vendors were spot on to match what we were envisioning. Planning the wedding was literally stress-free due to her organizing, and the wedding itself turned out to be even better than I could imagine. I can't say enough about Elizabeth and After Yes. Incredibly organized, wonderful vendor contacts, and extremely professional. I was so happy with all of the vendors she recommended. I was referred to After Yes by my friend who had a small wedding (60 people) I was having a larger wedding (125) and both weddings were beautiful. What really impressed me was how Elizabeth was always available for us whenever we needed her for questions, she always answered her phone and replied to my emails. I don't know how I would have pulled off this wedding without her and her team. Lastly, Elizabeth was just a pleasure to work with, as a wedding planner she is introduced to your entire family and she was so warm and friendly and I will never forget her kindness and couldn't have done it without her expertise!!!

She was extermely organized, friendly and on top of everything. After Yes had good relationships with all of my vendors and is very well connected in the "wedding world".

From the very first meeting where we got all the contracts and agreements in order, to the reception when my bustle needed to be "fixed" on my dress, After Yes was there every step of the way and I would recommend them to anyone.

Liz was invaluable to us in planning our wedding--not sure we could have made it through without her. She brings a lot of creativity to the table which helped with making a great look and atmosphere for our wedding and reception as well as great ways to keep the costs down. Having gone through the steps herself, she really has the inside track on everything that had to get done and when as well as 'do's and don'ts'. Our previous wedding coordinator was removed from her position unexpectedly one month before our wedding. This was unbelievably stressful, but Elizabeth at After Yes assured me that she and her team were going to take care of everything from me. After Yes definitely delivered on that promise. Within a week, Elizabeth had found and resolved a few inconsistencies in various vendor contracts, put together timelines, and developed a list of questions so comprehensive that every detail of our wedding was considered and planned for. Our guests and vendors frequently commented that our wedding was incredibly well-organized and ran more smoothly than other weddings they had attended. Best of all, this was accomplished with a smile and a gracious manner. I only wish I had known of After Yes when I started planning the wedding.

We had a fly-by-the-seat-of-our-pants attitude about planning our wedding. We wanted a simple wedding, and didn’t think we needed a wedding planner. HA!!! Until you’re nose-deep in it do you realize that a good planner is as important as the right dress. After Yes was our wedding SUPERHERO— they swooped in with their mad organizing skills, thorough checklists and scheduling abilities, and had every vendor contacted and well-informed in no time. All with charm and a “what can I do to help you guys” generosity. Being able to hand over all that stress is what allows you to really ENJOY your wedding. Both of our families thank After Yes for giving us that gift on our wedding day. (Our vendors loved them too!)

Having After Yes Weddings for our wedding planning was one of the best decisions we made! Even if you don't think you need a coordinator - YOU DO... Elizabeth was not only professional, organized and totally on top of things, but she's also charming and assuring. Despite a lot of moving pieces and several vendors, my wedding day was a stress-free and wonderful experience! They even did signage for the event that was not only on-theme but so adorable that I am still getting compliments. Elizabeth did a wonderful job taking over wedding planning for us two months before our wedding when our planner had to leave. After Yes helped us select a perfect vendor team for our vision, and Elizabeth was able to hit the ground running and pick up where things were left off. She was extremely helpful in giving advice as we made final decisions leading up to our wedding. She and Chloe made sure things were perfectly executed on the day of the wedding so that we could enjoy the weekend without worrying about any details. Thank you for all your hard work!
