We did the Flowers as well as Day of Planning for a lovely couple who chose this beautiful property for their wedding ceremony. The owners, Nicky and her Husband, were delightful to work with and so helpful at every turn. The wedding was gorgeous - as was the couple - and of course the view of Lake Sonoma and grounds are breathtaking to boot. Definitely would recommend for your wedding day venue. Cheers! I was so enamored with the site initially and our wedding day ended up having the perfect weather despite the small sprinkles that happened around the ceremony. Being nestled in the forest made a perfect background for photos and the indoor area made a great place for dinner and dancing. All the tables and chairs are set up before the day and made it easier to focus on decorating. The venue managers were professional and helped from the beginning to the end.

Seghesio Family Vineyards exceeded all of my and my husband's expectations for our Rehearsal Dinner. They are a winery that has a few spots for entertaining guests and our family and friends were raving about this venue afterwards. We had dinner in a larger room that has an attached outdoor terrace and then held our Welcome Reception for guests who had arrived early in their tasting room. Everything is tastefully decorated at the winery and even with sudden changes (we had 1 unexpected guest at our Rehearsal Dinner), the Seghesio Family Vineyards coordinator handled everything with cool and calmness. They managed to set an additional seat at the table as soon as I let them know of the extra friend who had arrived early without breaking a sweat. Because of their great coordination I was really able to enjoy our Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Reception trusting that the details were taken care of. The meal was extremely tasty, their in-house chef is excellent. All costs were discussed up front and there were no surprise last minute changes (e.g. glasses, plates, silverware, napkins, etc. were all included in their initial pricing). I am so happy to have been able to work with Seghesio; my (now) husband and I are happy to be members of this great winery. I highly recommend them for a rehearsal dinner or other event if you are looking for a great space in Healdsburg/Sonoma area!

We just had our wedding reception at Simi's landslide terrace underneath the redwoods and the setting couldn't have been more beautiful. It was gorgeous during the day but as the sun went down and the trees were lit up, it became eve nominee stunning. We couldn't have been happier with Damy and his team of professionals. Everything worked out exactly as we had planned. Our guests loved the venue and a great time was had by all.

This venue is a dream come true - the space is absolutely beautiful and feels very unique with all the ivy, wisteria, and greenery. It’s so romantic, and was exactly what we were looking for - and it still more than exceeded our expectations the day of. Natalie and the Barndiva team are wonderful to work with and were with us every step of the way as we worked to bring our perfect day to life. And the food! Barndiva has a Michelin star, and the quality does not drop at all for weddings - everyone raved about how it was one of the best meals they’ve had, from the appetizers at cocktail hour to the dessert table. If you’re looking for a dreamy, romantic venue with unique details and absolutely delicious food and drinks, this is the place for you.

We had our casual rehearsal dinner with all our guests on the deck overlooking the valley. We got a pizza truck to come and were trying to keep expenses down which they were totally willing to work with. The original contact we were in touch with left the company abruptly but the next event manager picked up the pieces are created a seamless event. I highly recommend this location.

We were planning on having our rehearsal dinner for 50 people at the Healdsburg Clubhouse and then having a welcome reception for 75 additional people directly after the dinner. Leilani was a pleasure to work with and as our plans kept changing she was with us every step of the way. Unfortunately we had to cancel our event due to COVID :( but even then Leilani was very understanding and helpful in refunding our expenses. I recommend the Clubhouse for any event you may have!

We loved everything about our wedding at Copain Winery two weeks ago - the gorgeous views, the friendly staff, the amazing wine! We especially loved our Milestone Events coordinator (Macenzie) who helped us turn our wedding vision into an absolute dream!

Our wedding at Capo Creek Winery was absolutely exceptional—truly the wedding of our dreams. Mary, the proprietor, along with her sister and the entire staff, went above and beyond anything we could have imagined. From the start, Mary was warm, professional, and incredibly accommodating. I shared my vision for a winter wedding with a color palette of green, black, and white, and she brought it to life in the most stunning way. The space was transformed with holiday trees and lights, wine barrels, rich green velvet tablecloths, and elegant goblets with gold and silver accents. Every detail felt intentional and magical—it was honestly breathtaking. We held our ceremony in one section of the cave, followed by an intimate dinner reception for 40 guests in another area. The atmosphere was cozy, romantic, and unforgettable. Mary curated a top-notch meal, complete with appetizers, perfectly paired wines for each course, and an incredible dessert bar. The chocolate cake was to die for. Our guests and family are still talking about the wedding weeks later. The photos turned out incredible, and we even ended the evening with a delightful sparkler moment, which felt like the perfect finale. Mary also provided excellent recommendations, including arranging a wine tour bus to transport guests to and from a nearby hotel, and she seamlessly coordinated with our photographer. As a very picky groom, I can honestly say she eliminated all stress—I was able to fully enjoy the day knowing everything was handled with care and precision. Capo Creek Winery exceeded every expectation. The event was beautiful, elegant, joyful, and unforgettable. If you’re considering this venue for a wedding or special event, look no further. We could not recommend Mary and her team more highly.
