My husband and I wanted something different for our wedding; we had a cake buffet, with about nine different kinds of cakes. They each turned out beautifully, and our friends and family are still talking about how they couldn't decide which was best. Mary Jo was fabulous at helping us make it all work; each looked exquisite, and the one that we did have tiered looked magnificent!

I liked working with MaryJo. She is very good at what she does. We did a 1/4 sheet cake for the rehearsal dinner that was very yummy. We did a 4 tier cake for the wedding of a different flavor. It was also very good but a little dry compared to the previous nights cake. I love the amount of layers on the cake which is much more than the others out there. She was very easy to work with and let us customize the flavor a bit. Everyone loved the cake.
