Depends on the package. We offer the flexibility to customize your own package. Each person has different needs.

Yes, overtime is available at $225 per hour.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
There aren't set/scheduled breaks, there are just various down times, for minutes. Typically during the meal is our only real break.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Approx 30 days for online viewing.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Always online for 60 days. Additional viewing products are available, depending on the package selected.

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
We offer a Hi-Res Disc of Images with most of our packages, so our clients have the right to reproduce the images for personal use only, non commercial.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
As mentioned above, yes, a Hi-Res Disc of Images is included with most of our packages.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes, approx 30 days after the Event.
What kind of albums do you offer?
We offer 5 album styles to choose from!
When will the client get the final album?
We require all package items be ordered by the one year anniversary of the event. Prints usually take just a couple weeks to complete. Albums differ because we work with our clients on design and nothing is printed/bound until we have a written approval of design...so the average album is completed in 2-3 months.
