Wedding FAQ’s

Q: Can packages be mixed or altered?
A: Absolutely. The existing menus provide quite a bit of flexibility already, but we are happy to make changes to meet your
individual preferences for either food or beverages packages, and help you meet your budget guidelines.
Q: Can I offer an entrée choice on a plated dinner?
A: Yes. Up to two (2) entrée choices can be offered when we are given an entrée count within 5-days of the event. You will
need to include an entrée selection card with your invitations.
Q: Is there a Children’s Menu available?
A: Our Children’s Menu includes a variety of popular items children enjoy for $5.95++.
Q: Is a tasting of the different menu choices possible?
A: Certainly. We suggest menu tastings for plated dinners the month prior to mailing your invitations to include the entrée
selection cards, and buffet dinner tastings 2-4 weeks prior. The tasting meal is scheduled for Friday early evening between
4:30-5:00pm, offers one selection of each item of interest (maximum of 4-entrees), and costs $13.95++ per person.
We need to know the menu selections five (5) days in advance, and suggest no more than 6 people to attend.
Q: What is required to secure the date I want for my wedding ceremony and/or reception?
A: A $500.00 deposit payable by check or major credit card will secure your date. The deposit is 100% refundable until 60-
days from the date, then 100% non-refundable and applied to your estimated total account balance.
Q: When is my final payment due for my event?
A: Final payment in full is expected no later than 3-days in advance of the function.
Q: Is the banquet area available for decoration before my ceremony or reception?
A: Room availability will be assessed per each event, due to other club activities & functions.
Q: Who is responsible for setting out my guests’ favors, place settings, and other items?
A: We will gladly assist you in placing a reasonable amount of these items out if needed. You will need to drop the items off
the day before your event. Fresh flowers and wedding cakes need to be delivered only on the day of the function.
Q: When can my various venders access the room to set up?
A: Typically the room is available at 10:00am the day of the event, but check with the mgmt.
Q: Who will be here the day of my event?
A: Our beautiful venue means little without exceptional service. The Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director will
supervise all details during the event to be certain all your needs and expectations are not only met, but exceeded. In
addition, from the moment a bride & groom arrive at the clubhouse, a member of the food & beverage team is assigned to
each of them to accommodate their needs throughout the duration of their event.
Q: What kind of additional charges can I expect to pay in addition to the menu prices?
A: The room-rent for the Main Dining Room area is $300-inclusive, and covers most incidental expenses, such as setup/
break-down, dance-floor, standard linens, tea-lights, & standard staffing guidelines. The rental fee for use of the Lanai
for a ceremony or additional reception space is $200-inclusive. We can assist you in making arrangements for chair rental
& delivery, which you will pay for directly to the vendor.
Q: Is there a charge for parking? Do you have a valet service?
A: There is ample parking available for your guests at no charge. In addition, while a valet service is typically not required
due to the close proximity of our parking facilities, we can assist you in arranging a valet service for your guests at your
own expense.
Q: Are the clubhouse grounds available for my photographer?
A: Of course! The area surrounding the clubhouse and golf course offers several excellent photo opportunities with beautiful
backgrounds for your wedding photos.
