Gem of a bridal shop! Service & Price Exceptional
After shopping throughout Dallas, my daughter-in-law, Yaelis, also found her dream gown at The Bridal Rail, a beautiful Allure gown with matching cathedral veil. Yaelis wanted to customize her gown by adding bishop sleeves and Amber was so patient and attentive to her needs. The end result was pure perfection. She looked and felt so beautiful and received so many compliments.
Having been on the customer service end for years at The Bridal Rail, my expectations are high but I must say Janine and her staff exceeded my expectations. We were so cared for and I felt so blessed to be on the receiving end of The Bridal Rail's amazing service.
