Fabulous DJ!

Greg Bedard DJ Entertainment was instrumental in helping us have the most amazing wedding ceremony and reception! After Greg listened to our needs and recommended Steve Vinzi as our DJ, Steve soon revealed he was the perfect man for the job! Steve was responsive, professional, and conscientious towards our unique needs and requests. Steve kept the party going all night exactly as he promised he would, and made sure to incorporate our requests seamlessly throughout the night. We had a great time working with Steve, and can’t recommend Steve Vinzi and Greg Beard DJ Entertainment enough!

The BEST DJ, seriously! Steve was so great to work with. I provided him a list of songs that HAD to be played and he played them all and worked in a few that I had completely forgotten about, but that was so happy to hear. The dance floor was packed all night, start to finish. Everyone kept commenting how great the music was and how much fun they were having. My husband is from NY and at one point we started having a battle on the dance floor Red Sox vs Yankees with all the different songs and Steve played right into it, it was AWESOME! He even let my father sing a song! Music was very important to me that day and Steve knocked it out of the park! He even gave me a CD of all my songs as a keepsake, I listen to it all the time! Highly recommended!! I will definitley use Steve again in the future.

We hired Steve because a friend referred us to him. We wanted to have a lot of control over the playlist and he allowed for that. He also wasn't into the chicken dance either.

He travels light and his setup isn't obnoxious. However, I don't feel it was quite loud enough. Which he thinks is great, but I was left wondering what song was playing since I was on the other side of the room.

Talking with Steve on the phone and in person he constantly interrupts. It can get annoying. Very high strung. Trying to explain exactly what we wanted, he would interject and say, "Oh yeah I know exactly what you want!" He would proceed to explain something or suggest songs that we weren't even into. He needs to work on listening instead of thinking he knows what a couple wants five seconds after meeting them.

My biggest issue with Steve is that I wanted a certain song to play when I walked down the aisle. It 's a Jeff Buckley song titled Hallelujah, performed by the Vitamin String Quartet. I knew that they also do a version of Paramore's song titled the same. On 2 separate occasions I stressed to him which one I wanted. He reiterated to me over the phone that he understood and made a note of it since he has both. I also wrote it in the document that he asks for with all your wedding info, songs you want (and don't want) and anything you want him to know. I think I wrote it in all caps and bold. MAKE SURE IT IS THE JEFF BUCKLEY SONG NOT PARAMORE! So I am waiting with my Dad to walk down, waiting for the song to start, and what starts playing? The 'effing Paramore song. And now I will forever remember walking down to the wrong song on my wedding day. I am mad whenever I think of it.

There were other mistakes with songs as well. Another big specific we asked for was misplayed despite our being very clear about it.

His pricing is reasonable...but still. If you're going to be flexible you need to also follow through.
