Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?

Our main focus is to create a wedding album that you will treasure forever... not sounding corny. We have 2 full time award winning graphic designers on staff to custom design your album. The digital files are great.. but we also find ourselves creating albums for those who were only given the files by other photographers....

Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?

Barry's has 15 years of wedding experience under his belt. During this time he has experienced about every lighting condition.

Is your media preference film or digital?

Yes we are a completely digital studio.

How many photographers do you work with?

Small weddings only Barry is hired. For larger weddings we have a full time second photographer on staff.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

Yes, when you hire Barry Seaton you get him for your event.

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

Seaton Shoots does not book more than one wedding a day.

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

Yes, we have replacement photographers on hand in case of emergencies or illness. We are also members of PPA and our local chapter, PPETN. A benefit to members of PPETN is that we back each other up in case of emergencies.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

Depending on the lighting situation and the size of the event.. no worries here Barry is a bit of a tech head. Lynn is the one telling him to quit buying equipment... their first date was a photoshoot.. need we say more...

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

back-ups and back-ups-- That is one of the main things that signifies the difference of a professional photographer.

Do you charge hourly or full day?

We price our wedding coverage per package. Please call 865-525-5828 full more information.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

Keep him talking and eating and he is fine...

Do you charge for travel?

Where are we going..? near east Tennessee no charge for travel, then it depends on your situation. Barry does try to make it home to England at least once a year, so if a wedding abroad is in the works lets talk. Call Debbie at 865-525-5828 if you are planning something fun!

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

We plan to get your images online 4 weeks after the big day.

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

We provide an online web site with all your edited images, you are also provided a DVD and album design. This really depends on package that you have purchased.

How long can the client keep the proofs?

The dvd is yours to keep.

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?

Yes

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

yes and no.. We ask that clients sign a model release. If you are a famous person (ie football player or movie star) we understand and will not use your images and we realize that your image is worth millions....

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?

Yes, retouched digital images are available.

Will images be available for viewing online?

yes all weddings are put online after the event.

What kind of albums do you offer?

Super nice, custom designed one-of a kind, leather bound, really cool albums... we have several vendors to choose from. When you meet Barry at the studio we will show you all the choices and options. Lots more too.. parent books, mini books and other fun stuff.

When will the client get the final album?

After you complete your final image selection and album consultation.
