What is your average turnaround time, from initial contact to shipment?
For smaller orders, such as a shower or engagement party, we request at least 2 weeks notice prior to the event. For larger orders, such as a wedding, we recommend as much lead time as possible. As we are a custom cookie shop, we limit the number of orders we do each week to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail for each order, so we encourage you to explore our services as soon as possible.
Are you able to meet clients in person to showcase your product?
Yes. For orders over $250, we are happy to meet with customers to showcase our portfolio in person. At this meeting, we will also bring samples of our four different cookie flavor/icing combinations. You may also meet us in a more informal setting at one of our farmer's market locations (please see our website for dates and times).
