Even the bottom of the bouquets  are finished  with preserved leaves so that the bouquet holder is completed covered. Liz Ann’s flowers, which are purchased already preserved, include roses, carnations, hydrangeas, mini calla lilies, orchids and gardenias in a variety of colors with an assortment of botanical greens.  Liz Ann offers over 28 colors of roses from chocolate brown to baby blue and all colors of the rainbow as well as pure white roses, orchids and gardenias. Hydrangeas come in a variety of colors as well as white so Liz Ann is able to complement any color scheme. As wedding flowers are an important element in any wedding and represent a significant portion of the wedding budget, Liz Ann prides herself in  taking the time to work with her brides to help them make sound decisions to achieve their color scheme and theme within their budget. PRESERVED FLOWERS ARE TREATED TO LAST A LONG TIME WITH PROPER CARE, EVEN YEARS. IT IS DIFFICULT TO STATE THE EXACT TIME THEY WILL LAST BECAUSE MANY VARIABLES AFFECT LONGEVITY SUCH AS HEAT, MOISTURE, SUNLIGHT.  THE LIGHT COLORS AS BABY PINK, BABY BLUE AND WHITE MAY FADE SLIGHTLY WITH WHITE CHANGING TO IVORY

How expensive are preserved flowers?

PRESERVED FLOWERS ARE SPECIALLY TREATED REAL FLOWERS AND THUS THEY ARE MORE EXPENSIVE FOR ME TO BUY.  HOWEVER, I HAVE MADE IT A PRIORITY IN MY BUSINESS TO KEEP COSTS AS LOW AS POSSIBLE SO THAT I CAN PRICED MY BOUQUETS IN LINE WITH FRESH FLOWERS.  I WORK OUT OF MY HOME STUDIO WHICH ALLOWS ME TO AVOID MANY OVERHEAD COSTS. ALSO, BECAUSE I CAN BUY MY FLOWERS ANY TIME OF THE YEAR, MY COSTS ARE NOT SUBJECTED TO INCREASES DUE TO DEMAND AROUND  HOLIDAYS OR CERTAIN TIMES OF THE YEAR, SAY AROUND VALENTINE’S DAY, WHEN FRESH RED ROSES ARE VERY EXPENSIVE

How soon do I need to order my flowers?

It is advisable to order your flowers as soon as you can once you know your color scheme and what your needs will be. This is to assure that I have scheduled your wedding on my calendar and that I can order the flowers in the colors that you want in plenty of time for your wedding. I can also at times work with a very tight schedule; just email or call me to discuss your wedding.
