Our experience in negotiating contracts with caterers, florists, photographers, and other suppliers will save you valuable time and money. Plan the Moment provides a minimum of two coordinators with every package. Whether you choose the "Day of" Coordination package or the "Full" Coordination package; our services are vast and specialized to your particular event.
