About
I am a local professional piper that has played just about every wedding venue on the Central Coast. I am the leader of the local bagpipe band and I am also a member of the Monterey Bay Pipe Band. I compete in solo competitions all over the state and have won many awards. I have played over 75 weddings here on the Central Coast. Most weddings are $250 - $300.

Please feel free to give me a call to discuss your wedding or special occasion. Thanks!

Frequently Asked Questions for Ceremony Music
What ceremony music arrangements can you provide?
Instrumental - Duo, Instrumental - Solo, Instrumental - Trio

What is your usual attire?
Traditional Scottish attire, but it can be altered for a more Irish look. I have two different kilts: one is blue, black & red (Angus), the other green & blue (MacKenzie). As you can see, I can also go with the full military dress, although this costs a little extra.

Do you offer live sample performances or CDs?
Yes! Prospective clients are invited to hear me live, which is the best way to get an idea of what the pipes will sound like at the ceremony. I have a large repertoire of Scottish and Irish tunes.

How much time do you usually need for setup?
Just 10 minutes for pre-tuning.

How much space do you usually require?
Not much!

Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
If I travel more than 30 miles, it's an extra $25 per 50 miles.

Additional Questions and Answers

2. What’s worn under the kilt? Answer: Nothing is worn -- it’s all in perfect working order!
3. Can you learn special songs for our wedding? Answer: yes, I have even learned the Star Trek theme for a "Trekkie" wedding!
