Additional Questions and Answers
At Destine 2 Design our Clients Budget is the most important. You can build your invitation according to your budget. Now you can have beautiful custom made invitations for a fraction of the cost.
*Ever go into an Invitation boutique love the invitations but wish the color was different or wish the art work went on another invitation that you like? Well now with Destine 2 Design you make all the choices when it comes to introducing your special day.
When you go to a venue they ask you very important questions one question is how many people are you thinking of inviting? That determines the amount you pay for the Venue. Same goes with Invitations.
How it works
Set your budget (FIRST) or at least have an approximate budget.. (having an idea of your budget is very important because that determines the price of your invitations). (We work with whatever budget you have and not to worry all our Invitations are beautiful no matter what the budget)
i.e. say your budget is $300.00 divide the approx amount of Invitations you need by $300.00
i.e. Say you need 100 invites
$300.00 divided by 100= $3.00 per invite. {That is how much you are willing to spend for each Invitation}
Please note that you have to consider table cards, rsvp etc in your budget. . So make your budget as realistic as possible.
Also please note that we will customize your invitation to your budget and advise you of what you can add with what ever is left over from your budget
So if your budget is $300.00 then we would probably recommend a 2 layer invitation with torn edges and a ribbon etc.
Now we can begin the design process.

*Remember your budget is adjustable and during consultation we will let you know, how you can save or if increasing or decreasing your budget will benefit you. Also please note we will customize your invitation into your budget and advise you of what you can add with whatever is left over from your budget.*

Payments
$50.00 for Consultation and Samples
Here is the breakdown
$25.00 Will be Credited to your order once your order is placed. That's right you get it right back once your order is placed.
$25.00 Is for your up to 1.5 hour Counsultation and 2 Custom Samples {Please be prepared to pay your conslutation fee once you arrive at our Studio before Consultation begins}
Samples will be provided upto 24-48 hours after Consultation
$10.00 per hour additional if you need more time for Consultation. {Consultation usually never goes beyond 1.5 hours}
$50.00 Consultation is non refundable If you choose not go with us…However $25.00 will be credited if you choose us to design your invitations.
If you prefer to do your consultation over the phone and have your Samples either emailed or mailed to you then an invoice will be sent to the email you provide us. Once that invoice is paid we will contact you to schedule a time for consultation. {Again Samples will be mailed 24-48 hours after phone consultation}
Your Consultation will include the following discussions:
Your Theme
Your paper
Your artwork/Motifs
Your Invitation size
Your invitation style
Font color
Your overall production
Samples
You will receive 2 sets of Samples after Consultation payment is made and Consultation discussion is completed
Samples sets will include: 3 Items each
Invitation (for any occasion) and 2 other items you might need for your event. (Excluding Favors)
You can choose: RSVP's, Programs, and Menus etc...
This is your choice... if you would like additional samples on top of the 2 sets then that will be an additional charge of $5.00 per Sample set.
*If you see an invitation on the website that you like and you would like a sample and do not require any additonal customization to that invitation other than:
Wording
Paper color
Ribbon color etc..
Then samples are $15.00 each set and it includes 3 items

Return Policy
All sales are final; Unfortuently we do not offer refunds;however in the case that your event has been canceled etc...We will happily provide you credit towards something else. (Your credit will last a life time so don’t rush) We also offer all occasions Invitations and favors)
Reprints: In case you made a mistake after e-proofing is approved and order is printed, we are happy to reprint (Unfortunately we have to charge you an additional fee) It all depends on your total cost. (We can discuss that only in the event it comes to that) hopefully it won’t
If we make a mistake after e-proofing is approved etc: Then of course we will re-print and re-assembly everything for you...no additional charge
