Describe your DJ style:
Our style varies depending on the needs of the Bride and Groom. From high energy to elegant, classy receptions, we give the Bride and Groom options on the involvement level of the DJ/MC.
What is your usual attire?
Tuxedo or coat and tie for wedding receptions.
If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the client, do you require that they provide it?
No. We'll purchase it for them if it's available on the market.
How many other DJs do you work with?
We have four (4) professional wedding entertainers on our team.
What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for?
Three (3) hours for receptions.
Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking?
Yes! We recommend that you meet our wedding entertainers to get a feel for there personality and character.
Do you specialize in any ethnic or international events?
We provide services for all ethnic groups. If we don't have the music, we'll go out and get it for the Bride & Groom!
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes! We use only top of the line, professional grade equipment.
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?
If requested.
How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on?
Depending on the set-up requirement, 20 to 30 minutes. We provide our on tables, if needed. Our wedding entertainers are set up and ready to perform at least 30 minutes BEFORE the contracted start time.
Do you have any extra space requirements?
We prefer to be set up near the dance floor and close to an electrical outlet.
Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs?
Our wedding entertainers are trained to introduce the wedding party, make announcements to keep your guests informed and to lead the traditional reception formalities. We believe that the Bride & Groom should be the center of attention, not the DJ!
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
A meal is not required for our wedding entertainers.
Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your breaks?
We don't take breaks.
What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes! We always keep a back-up DJ on call for all of our once in a lifetime events.
What is your overtime rate?
$150.00 per hour. Paid in advance (before the overtime begins).
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
Travel is included in the price quote provided to the Bride & Groom.
