Do you have liability insurance?

Yes

Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?

I offer a variety of specialty techniques including sepia toning, as well as the latest in specialty papers such as pearls, metallics and more.

Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?

I am experienced in all lighting situations and am always equipped to photograph with any lighting situation that presents itself.

Is your media preference film or digital?

I use only the latest Nikon professional digital cameras and supplies.

How many photographers do you work with?

I work with up to three photographers at any given event. More are available as needed.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

Absolutely!

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

I do not book more than one wedding in a day since I personally photograph each event. I do not send another person in my place once I have been booked by a customer.

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

Yes. I have several photographers that I can hire as a replacement in the case of an emergency.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

I come fully prepared with a variety of cameras, lenses, strobes and flashes. All necessary equipment is brought to the site.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Yes. I always come prepared with additional cameras and necessary backup equipment in case of unexpected malfunction.

Do you charge hourly or full day?

I offer a variety of options to meet the needs of every customer. I can work by the hour, or by the day.

Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?

I am always available to shoot overtime. Please call for current pricing. 301-668-7573.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

Only one meal break is appreciated.

Do you charge for travel?

There are no travel fees within a 60 mile radius from my office.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

Proofs are available from 6 to 8 weeks after the event.

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

The initial proofs are offered for viewing on my website in a 600x400 format and are password protected. There is no additional charge for this service.

How long can the client keep the proofs?

The proofs are available for viewing on my website for up to 60 days.

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?

Yes, I retain the copyright for all photos taken by Lidia Miller Photography. I do offer the option to purchase your photos at any time.

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

Yes.

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?

Yes
