He was our dream photographer and he exceeded our expectations. He made everyone laugh and super comfortable and caught all of our special moments. Leo was such an amazing photographer the day of our wedding! He was beyond helpful, had an amazing eye and made everyone feel so comfortable throughout the day. Leandro photography is amazing! Professional, amazingly breathtaking pictures and Leandro has such a vision! I had a destination wedding and took Leandro to Punta Cana to be our photographer. It was worth every penny... not to mention he is so affordable (I would even say, for the type of pictures you get from him, he is valued to be much more than he charges!). He was so flexible and accommodating to our needs. He made it super easy and comfortable to be photographed. If you are looking for the typical posing pictures from the 80's, Leandro is not it! His pictures tell a story and reflect every piece of emotion felt on that day. I look through my pictures (which you get them all to do with them, what you like) and I still feel like I am reliving the moment. He will work with you to get the pictures you absolutely need including any classic poses but trust me when I say... let him do his magic! He has such an amazing eye for it and captures beauty in natural light. I have used Leandro since our wedding (in 2014) to our 1st year anniversary through maternity and other family photos and will continue to use him. Amazing talent!

We had Leandro do our engagement shoot and our wedding. He was super personable and easy to talk to. He genuinely likes to understand and try to see a couples vision. He made us feel super comfortable as pictures can sometimes feel a bit awkward. He is extremely responsive which is a rarity in the wedding industry. All it all highly recommend.

Leo’s photography and team are top notch. We really can’t express enough how professional, kind, and caring they were. It was comforting for both of us since we’re not “spotlight” kind of people and were nervous about having the camera on us the whole time. His direction was clear and calm which is VERY important on such a special day that entails so much detail. I loved the ideas that were proposed to us before and during the event. Leo was very flexible with his time to go over details initially and right before our wedding, the quality of the photo album can’t be matched anywhere else, and he’s just a really great, family-oriented guy which made a difference. From a fine art point of view, most wedding photographers overexpose their photos (that’s the trend now apparently)- Leo doesn’t, which gives a more dramatic and natural look. Another thing I noticed was he understands how to photograph depending on the weather, the material worn by the bridal party, bride, and groom, and when working with me, he knew how to fix my dress, hair, and knew when I needed a touch up. You may be thinking, “don’t they all?” and the answer is absolutely not. Lastly, he had a few guys working with him, one of them seemed like an apprentice- the way he worked with his crew was unbelievably admirable; he’s a great teacher and you can see it and how much they liked working with Leo.

We really can’t recommend Leandro Silva Photography enough…they were so pleasant to work with and made us feel comfortable and amazing on our special day.
