Wow… when I think of Lara I have so many wonderful things to say. Lara and her associate Kate took outstanding pictures at my October 7, 2007 wedding. They were so friendly and professional that I totally forgot they were hired; they completely fell into place with my family and friends. My venue was very limited on photo opportunities, but Lara made it work. I am extremely happy with all of my pictures. They had all of my portraits completed in record time, so that my guest barely missed us in the transition from the ceremony to the reception hall. These ladies were so discrete, once I saw my proofs I was totally shocked to see certain pictures because I never saw the cameras flash. A Softer Image made my wedding day truly memorable. These were the best wedding portraits I have ever seen, and I am totally not being bias because it was my wedding, these ladies truly worked hard to produce a great product. I love Lara so much for making my special day spectacular. Oh my, and the customer service was to die for; just know that Lara knows how to truly make a bride and groom happy before, during, and after the big day. Thank you Lara… I will recommend you to any and everyone that I know who needs a photographer. A Softer Image is number one in my book!

I just received the slideshow from our wedding yesterday from the WONDERFUL photographers at A Softer Image, and we were just moved to tears with how AMAZING the photos came out!!!! They were SO helpful through the entire planning process, and they were sure to make certain we had every detail ironed out well in advance - which is absolutely PRICELESS. Throughout the entire day they were punctual, flexible, and professional. Several guests came up to us throughout the ceremony and complimented how pleasant they were! We never felt like we had a camera in front of our faces, but somehow they managed to get these amazing close ups and intimate moments. So many pictures were moments that I missed, and I'm so glad that they were caught on film! We are SO lucky to be able to have so many wonderful pictures capturing our special day! Lara and her colleagues were very flexible and gave a lot of personal attention to the details of my wedding day. She was actively interested in our traditions and did a lot of planning beforehand to make sure we all knew what to expect. I was really glad to have her and her colleagues at the wedding. There were unobtrusive but also just really good company. Everyone loved having them around, and they captured some really awesome moments just by being in the middle of the action.
