Do you have liability insurance?

Yes

Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?

I am able to provide all kinds of different special techniques with my editing since I was a Photoshop junkie before I was a photographer. When you hire me, every photo that you get back will be completely and professionally retouched. From nipping and tucking, smoothing the skin, to making the eyes pop. I can convert to B&W, do all kinds of fun, vintage edits, deleting out your drunk uncle Bob that might have "ruined" that otherwise perfect shot. Just ask me, and I'll do my best to bring you what you want!

Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?

We have dealt with all kinds of tricky lighting. Anywhere from a dark church with little or no flash allowed, overcast days, super sunny days with direct sunlight, to shooting an outside venue at night.

Is your media preference film or digital?

We shoot only in digital.

How many photographers do you work with?

There are always 2 photographers for your wedding... no matter which package that you choose.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

I will be the ones shooting your wedding no matter what!

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

No. If we have a wedding booked on Saturday the 15th, that is the only wedding that we will work. I may, however, book one on Saturday and one on Sunday. But as far as your wedding day goes, yours is the ONLY one we will be focused on that day!

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

Yes, we have a few photographers that I know that can replace us if need be.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

My camera, my 2nd photographer's camera, a back up camera, 3 external flashes, many lenses, tripods, diffusers, a step stool, lots of memory cards and lots of batteries!

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Yes, we always have a back up!

Do you charge hourly or full day?

We have a set charge depending on which package is chosen.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

Generally, 1 break. We don't require that the B&G provide a meal, but it is always much appreciated.

Do you charge for travel?

Anywhere past Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, or Los Angeles counties, we charge a small travel fee. If we are booked out of state, or anything that requires us to rely on air transportation, client is responsible for flight and accommodation costs.

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

Onto a DVD

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?

No. All couples receive all of their photos, touched up on a DVD in high resolution format.

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

Yes, we do have a "model release" clause in our contract that stipulates that we are allowed to use any of the photos for advertisement or any kind of publishing.

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?

Yes, I share copyrights with all of my clients :)

Will images be available for viewing online?

Yes, all of our clients get a private online viewing gallery with all of their photos from their wedding day. This gallery is password protected.

What kind of albums do you offer?

All kinds of digital albums, from basic to leather flush mount. Please ask for more details.
