Wedding April 2024

My fiancé and I were very pleased with our total experience working with Claudia the senior catering/events manager at the Hotel and her team for our wedding day. This included everything from picking a date to securing preferred vendors to Reserving our wedding suites and other accommodations. She was very responsive to email and phone calls, and all of our questions were answered along the way in a very timely manner. There was always a clear plan of action Communicated and She was very willing and able to work with us to make our big day so very special. Now on the other side of the event, we are so glad that we decided to host our wedding at the Hilton Universal Hotel and would keep it in mind for future events of a similar scale As well as recommend it to our friends and family members. We had around 250 or so guests. Additionally, we should add that our wedding planner found a day to be seamless, partly due to all of the attention and forethought Claudia and her team had paid to our event in the months leading up.

If you’re dreaming of a wedding that’s nothing short of magical, Universal Hilton is the venue you’ve been searching for! From the moment we set foot in this stunning location, we knew it was the perfect place to celebrate our special day.

The venue itself is breathtaking. The elegant decor created an atmosphere of pure romance. Whether it was the beautiful gardens for our outdoor ceremony or the chic ballroom for our reception, Universal Hilton exceeded our expectations in every way.

But what truly set Universal Hilton apart was their exceptional coordination team. Working with them was an absolute pleasure, and I have to give a special shoutout to Claudia Garcia, the lead coordinator. Claudia was an absolute gem throughout the entire planning process. Her attention to detail, organization, and genuine passion for making our day perfect were evident from start to finish.

Claudia’s expertise was invaluable. She guided us through every step, from designing the layout to managing the timeline, ensuring that everything flowed seamlessly. Her calm and reassuring presence on the big day was a true comfort, and she managed to handle every last-minute hiccup with grace and efficiency.

Thanks to Claudia and the rest of the coordination team at Universal Hilton, our wedding was flawless and exceeded all our dreams. We cannot recommend this venue highly enough. If you’re looking for a venue that offers not only a stunning location but also a team that will make your wedding day unforgettable, Universal Hilton is the place to be.

THE Best venue

HILTON UNIVERSAL is such a beautiful venue, perfect for our wedding. The staff were easy to work with, always available, and happy to walk us through any detail, no matter how small. They were able to accommodate so many of our needs .and Claudia is the great manager ,nice and always avalaible to help us ..I highly recommend this place for who ever wants to have nice place for wedding and peace of mind .
