guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Absolutely guarantee my personal presence. I do not double book, nor do I hand my assignments off to assistants. |
Do you
sometimes book yourself for more than one wedding in a day?
I do not double book, ever on the same day. On very rare occasions I may work both Saturday and Sunday. |
Do you have a
replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on
the wedding day?
I do have a list of comparable photographers whose work are proved to replace me in case of emergencies. |
What kind of
equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
2 digital professional Nikon bodies, 80-200 F/2.8 portrait/telephoto lens, 50 mm F/1.4 prime, 105mm F/2.8 macro lens, 16-50 F/2.8 mid range zoom lens, 10.5mm F/2.8 fisheye lens, multiple Nikon flash heads, different bouncers and light modifiers, light reflectors, carbon fiber tripod, shutter release cable, remote triggers, etc. |
Do you bring
back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
I have redundant equipment in case of emergencies of malfunction |
Do you charge
hourly or full day?
Typically packages cover a limited amount of hours, but top end packages cover the entire day. |
If hourly, are
you available for shooting overtime? If so, how much do you
charge for overtime?
additional O/T shooting is rated at $100/hr, with processing charges included. |
Do you require
a meal break? If yes, do you require that the wedding party
provide your meal?
meals and breaks are not mandatory |
How many breaks
do you usually take throughout the day?
I do not schedule breaks for myself during wedding days. |
Do you charge
for travel?
Additional destination charges may be applicable if wedding is held over 100 miles away from studio. |
How soon after
the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
usually initial screening is ready within the first week. Online review for all pictures are usually available by the 3rd week. |

are the initial proofs offered?
website & CDROM available. Contact sheets are offered optionally |

coffee table book style entry-level albums, to flush mount leather wrapped high-end albums. |
When will I get
the final book?
book will be delivered as soon as I receive the final product and examined for quality control. |
How long does
it take to deliver a book?
depending on processing time, and printing time. delivery of final album may take up to 4 weeks. |
