What separates us from other catering businesses is flexibility in menu building and design. We actually encourage you to tell us any cuisine favorites you wish to have available and presented at your party. We can customize your menu and prepare low carb, kosher, and vegetarian foods to meet your nutrition requirements.

When planning your reception, be extra careful when choosing your caterer. Catering is an extremely important service and all the details must be clearly laid out. Naturally, the porcess is time consuming, so starting your interviews 9 to 12 months in advance is a big plus.
It is also very important to rember about the budget that would accomodate everything from hors d'oeuvres to desserts. Try to include the beverages in the total cost. Additionally, you might have to rent equipment  such as glassware, flatware, silverware, tables, chairs, and linens.
