About 3 months before the day of our wedding, my wife and I realized that we could no longer balance our full-time jobs with planning a wedding. All of the different vendors, schedules, contracts...etc were getting to be too much to handle. We decided to hire a "day of" wedding planner and came across Felicity C Weddings.
We met with Felicity to see if she could put our minds to ease and relieve some stress. WOW were we impressed! Not only did she know every vendor in town, but she knew the venue and had planned weddings there before. Felicity wanted to make our special day absolutely perfect. She asked us all kinds of questions about how we envisioned our wedding would be and how she could make it the wedding that my wife always dreamed of. She didn't let us down.
We handed her contracts and gave her contact information for our vendors and left with a TON of weight off of our shoulders. Felicity contacted all of the vendors that we had chosen and coordinated and planned out the entire weekend. After a few more meetings and some final touch decisions, we had complete itineraries for Friday through Sunday.
Felicity brought an assistant with her for the big weekend and they made sure everything went according to plan. My wife and I didn't have to speak to a single vendor or assist in any set-up or break-down. Our families also got to enjoy the day without having various responsibilities to tend to. One of the limos was MIA that morning, but Felicity made sure the groomsman got to the chapel on time and we even got our money back from the limo company. It was such a relief to have Felicity at the chapel for the ceremony because everybody knew exactly where to be when to be there. We started on time and ended on time. Everybody had ample time to get back to the reception venue. The officiant even made a comment that it was one of the smoothest wedding ceremonies he had ever performed.
The reception was absolutely breathtaking and more beautiful that anything we could've imagined. My wife and I couldn't believe the job that Felicity did and how she made our dream a reality. From the centerpieces to the dance floor lights, there was not a single detail that was left out. She kept us on schedule and made sure we made the most out of the 5 hours that we had for our reception. Felicity even made sure our gifts and envelopes made it into my truck at the end of the night.
I would recommend Felicity and her services to every couple that is planning a wedding. Not only is she organized and knowledgeable, but she is passionate, dedicated and a joy to work with. We could not have had our perfect wedding without Felicity.
