Felicity was such a huge help on the day of the wedding. We were working from many miles apart and the regular skype meetings and calls and in-person meetings gave me a sense of security that everything would go according to plan.. and if it didn't, she would figure it out and make it feel perfectly seemless to me (the bride) and the guests. About 3 months before the day of our wedding, my wife and I realized that we could no longer balance our full-time jobs with planning a wedding. All of the different vendors, schedules, contracts...etc were getting to be too much to handle. We decided to hire a "day of" wedding planner and came across Felicity C Weddings.Sent on 07/17/2012
We met with Felicity to see if she could put our minds to ease and relieve some stress. WOW were we impressed! Not only did she know every vendor in town, but she knew the venue and had planned weddings there before. Felicity wanted to make our special day absolutely perfect. She asked us all kinds of questions about how we envisioned our wedding would be and how she could make it the wedding that my wife always dreamed of. She didn't let us down.
We handed her contracts and gave her contact information for our vendors and left with a TON of weight off of our shoulders. Felicity contacted all of the vendors that we had chosen and coordinated and planned out the entire weekend. After a few more meetings and some final touch decisions, we had complete itineraries for Friday through Sunday.
Felicity brought an assistant with her for the big weekend and they made sure everything went according to plan. My wife and I didn't have to speak to a single vendor or assist in any set-up or break-down. Our families also got to enjoy the day without having various responsibilities to tend to. One of the limos was MIA that morning, but Felicity made sure the groomsman got to the chapel on time and we even got our money back from the limo company. It was such a relief to have Felicity at the chapel for the ceremony because everybody knew exactly where to be when to be there. We started on time and ended on time. Everybody had ample time to get back to the reception venue. The officiant even made a comment that it was one of the smoothest wedding ceremonies he had ever performed.
The reception was absolutely breathtaking and more beautiful that anything we could've imagined. My wife and I couldn't believe the job that Felicity did and how she made our dream a reality. From the centerpieces to the dance floor lights, there was not a single detail that was left out. She kept us on schedule and made sure we made the most out of the 5 hours that we had for our reception. Felicity even made sure our gifts and envelopes made it into my truck at the end of the night.
I would recommend Felicity and her services to every couple that is planning a wedding. Not only is she organized and knowledgeable, but she is passionate, dedicated and a joy to work with. We could not have had our perfect wedding without Felicity.

I had a wonderful day that was exactly what I wanted and it was due to Felicity. She is AMAZING! She helped me narrow down my focus for the wedding so it was truly a day that represented me and my husband. Felicity also had great suggestions for decorations, bridal party gifts, guestbook, favors- she literally thought of everything! When my makeup artist had a family emergency and couldn't do our makeup she swooped in and seriously saved the day. I honestly can't say enough good things about Felicity- she is the best planner there is!

Simply put, I don't know how my wedding would have been as wonderful and memorable as it was without Felicity. She was there as a day-of coordinator, and she really made it all come together. She is great to work with, so organized, and thinks of all the little details you don't. The one overwhelming thing for a bride planning her wedding is all the decisions to make, and with Felicity there, the last minute stressful ones seemed to disappear. She did a great job of creating the wedding timeline, and made sure everyone (vendors and wedding party) was where they were supposed to be. On my wedding day, she periodically checked on me before and after the ceremony to make sure things were going well, to keep me on schedule, and see if there was anything I needed. At the end of the night she made sure the gifts were looked after and all our stuff was packed away and sent back to the hotel. She also had a wonderful assistant with her, who was included in the cost (not extra).
An example of how she took care of us: during the ceremony, we had a unity candle lighting ceremony with our moms lighting the two candles from a pre-lit votive. Well, they accidentally put the votive out as they were lighting them! As I am standing there helplessly watching, Felicity quickly appeared from a side entrance (she had been watching from the back of the room, so I don't know how she made it there in 2 seconds!) with a matchbook to save the day! I can't express how relieved the moms (and I) were.
As my husband said after the wedding as we marveled at all Felicity did, "she was always there when we needed her, and disappeared when we didn't." Hiring Felicity was the best of the many decisions I made.

Felicity is AMAZING. Her slogan, "protect your investment with my experience" is absolutely true. I could not have had such a smooth sailing wedding without her. I hired Felicity to coordinate the day of the wedding. I had a lot of family coming from out of town and so I spent the week before the wedding entertaining. Felicity took over the wedding preparation the week of the wedding - she contacted all the vendors, helped set up the site, handled all the challenges and decisions that had to be made the day of the wedding. On the afternoon before my wedding, I simply got my hair and make up done and stressed over the weather. Felicity stressed over the rest! She brought an assistant that day. Her assistant agreed to film my ceremony without any issues or complaints, etc., which I really appreciated (since I did not even tell Felicity I had planned to film the ceremony). At the end of the wedding, I just walked in my car and got in the hotel. Felicity took care of the gifts, the favors, the clean up, the alcohol, etc. I really, really recommend hiring Felicity to help you realize your wedding day. Felicity was a must at my wedding! I thought that everything would be okay the day of the wedding without any help at all... boy was I wrong! I had everything prepared for my wedding but it would not have gone so smooth if it wasn't for the help of Felicity and her services. Felicity made sure the day of my wedding was everything that I dreamed of. Working with Felicity was perfection from beginning to end. She goes above and beyond in every aspect of wedding planning, and planning a wedding in Maryland from Guam definitely throws a curveball into an already overwhelming (but amazing!) process. We booked Felicity since our wedding venue didn't offer any services to accomodate our wedding (it was a nature conservancy and we didn't expect any extra help). I have used Felicity C. Wedding services not only for my wedding, but also for my son's baptims. Felicity is amazing at what she does, is always there for any questions I have, good news to tell or to simply talk me down from the ledge! Felicity is amazing! Her attention to detail is impressive. We really don't know how our wedding day would have gone, had she not been there to keep things running smooth. She was the point person for all of the vendors, so if they had a question or something went wrong, we didn't even know about it. She was also great with keeping everything flowing and on time. When it came time to cut the cake we hadn't finished greeting all of our guests and still wanted to make it around to all of the guest tables. Felicity let us do our thing and made sure we still cut the cake on time by working with the DJ and us. She was also there to gather families and bridal parties when we needed them, grab us water or lip stick, literally whatever we needed. I am the type of person who is very into details, i had etiquette quetstions, timeline questions, music questions, questions about various wedding traditions, and Felicity not only answered them but she always had creative was to "tweak" them for my slightly untraditional wedding. She was alywas extremely quick to respond to any phone calls and e-mails, and super flexible with the hours and days she was available. She brainstormed and researched a wealth of information to help make my candy buffet completely awesome, i cant tell you how many guests were blown away. Felicity rules as a Day of Wedding Coordinator. She is totally on top of things and made our wedding day run really smoothly, which was no small feat as we were planning our wedding cross-country. We didn't really have a venue representative or official MC, and she jumped in to help out with any area she could. Her checklist is thorough, and she thinks of all the little details you would miss otherwise. She can be a bit militant, but it gets the job done. I would definitely recommend Felicity!
