low light, sun light, indoor, outdoor. Any instance you can think of I have shot it. Those are the ropes of the wedding industry

I typically have 1-2 assistants
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes. I am the main shooter at all times.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Not on the same day but, maybe the same weekend. It depends on the traveling that would be involved. If it's a destination wedding I like to be there the night before to insure I get the on time!
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
I have friends in the industry but, not a full time photographer
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
I carry 2-3 cameras, lighting equipment for dark situations (reception), extra lenses, batteries, and any extra little items I may need
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
I sure do. I have 2-3 cameras.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
I charge by the hour and have a minimum of 6 hours
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Yes I am. I allow and extra 2 hours maximum of overtime and charge $350/hr
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
Maybe 2. I do my best to be on top of things to get the best photos possible and if that means few breaks that's fine. I love shooting weddings so it's not a chore for me to busy.
Do you charge for travel?
I charge $1 per mile after 20 miles. So, you receive 40 free miles. 20 there and 20 back.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
1-2 weeks after the event your disk of proofs or digital hi resolution copies will be supplied to you.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
CD-ROM and online galleries. The online galleries will be available once the bride and groom have made the final purchase
How long can the client keep the proofs?
Forever
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
I do in specific packages or they can be bought separately

Coffee table style album or other very unique albums

From design to final approval the time frame is around 8-10 weeks
