Event Success provides event planning for high-quality weddings, corporate events and special occassions.

We've planned charity auctions, company picnics, and weddings of just about every type you can name. Events share one common need: flawless coordination and planning. If your style is modern and hip or if you lean toward classic and timeless, we can coordinate the venue, decor, and catering to meet your needs.

Step one is to get to know you and your goals and needs for your event. Once we understand your wishes, we will plan and coordinate a flawless and memorable experience for all those in attendance. Event Success has built relationships with high quality vendors and venues througout the Northwest. By calling on these resources, we can be sure to meet your wishes and your budget.

About Jacky
Jacky Grotle has a hospitality degree from Washington State University and over fifteen years experience in the industry. Her customer service and "Can Do" attitude is from working for companies such as Westin Hotels and Resorts, Nordstrom Catering and the Seattle Tennis Club. She was a recipient of two national catering awards in the year 2000.

She is involved with NACE (National Association of Catering Executives) and MPI (Washington State Chapter Meeting Planners International). She has held the prestigious "Certified Meeting Professional" (CMP) designation of the Professional Convention Management Association since 1999.

Professional and Nurturing

Jacky at event success is wonderful. She is very experienced, a good listener, and attentive. She was always able to help assuage any concerns we had and address last minute issues. We are busy professionals and didn't have time to obsess about decisions - she provided great recommendations and lead us through the process. We would strongly recommend her to anyone.

I had the pleasure of attending and working alongside Jacky of Event Success at a wedding on Bainbridge Island. Simply put, the wedding was flawless. Jacky and her team planned and executed an exceptional day. It seemed like everything was perfect! The events were on time. The food was delicious. The flowers, details and decor were immaculate. Jacky's also super easy to work with! And... maybe the most important... all the guests had an absolute blast!!!

Jacky is amazing and we were so thankful for the referral from another beyond satisfied bride. She is all about understanding your vision, adding ideas and insights from her years of experience planning weddings and making sure the wedding is everything imagined. We had an outdoor wedding in Leavenworth at a remote location on Sept. 8th this year and there was zero percent chance of rain, but rain it did. Jacky saved the day with her collection of beautiful umbrellas that matched our color scheme! She also took towels and "danced" all over the dance floor to dry it -- she is all over the vision and big picture things but also managed every single detail. Our wedding was spectacularly beautiful and I truly can't imagine a better wedding planning partner than Jacky. She has lists and timelines and made sure everything was discussed, decided and delivered -- exactly what we needed.

We hired Jacky of Events Success for our daughter’s wedding and couldn’t be happier with all she did to make to the day so special.

Her professionalism, creative ideas, attention to detail, experience and approachable manner impressed us from the very first meeting. Her mission was to give our daughter the wedding of her dreams while keeping us on budget. She introduced us to amazing vendors that she has relationships with, which we never would have found on our own. She thought of, planned for and attended to details we didn’t even consider; allowing us to enjoy every moment of our daughters wedding.

Dear brides, grooms, and families,
You may be wondering "Should we get a wedding planner? Is it worth it?" I'm here to tell you it is. Get a wedding planner. You will save yourself from so much stress, and often more than make-up the cost in savings with other vendors. And Jackie with Event Success is an amazing wedding planner!

Because of medical issues in my family, I had to have my wedding 4 months after my engagement. Before we hired Jackie I was so worried that it would end up being rushed and stressful, but she soothed my worries at our first meeting by telling us about a wedding she'd just put together in *three* months!

She was so good about keeping my husband and I on our very tight schedule, and was so accommodating to our needs as a couple. Because neither of us had really spent a lot of time picturing what our "dream wedding" was (beyond everyone we love having a great time, of course!), we asked her to help us by giving us just a few options for each decision, and then we'd pick the one we like best.

It was great having someone so creative and dedicated to helping us figure out what we wanted our wedding to be. She also came up with the idea for our perfect wedding favors!

With Jackie's help, we had an amazing day that we and our loved ones will remember for the rest of our lives!

I can't imagine having tried to plan a wedding without a pro like Jacky at ES. Everyone has busy lives and weddings have more moving parts that you'd ever imagine. It's never simple. We had the challenge of planning a Seattle home/garden wedding at the Groom's parent's home; parent's of the Bride reside on the East Coast, and the Bridal-Couple-To-Be were international. BUT MOG knew just who to call! Jacky Grotle of Event Success led us through the process from the smallest details (and yes, a beautiful successful wedding is in the details), to connecting us with Vendors she knew would share our vision. Jacky kept us on track throughout the months, weeks, days, and day of with well planned timelines. She was on-site to make sure everything ran smoothly. Always calm, always listening, and very accommodating. Thank you Jacky for giving our family a Magical Mid-Summer Night's Dream!
