Certainly depend on the package , but mostly have 1 or 2 photographers to work with.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

Gears includes, 2 or 3 cameras, lenses, flashes, strobe lights, tripods, light stands, backdrops and my keen eyes.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Yes, always have back up equipment.

Do you charge hourly or full day?

All packages includes All Day coverage. Also flexible incase clients wants hourly rates.

Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?

Yes, like I mentioned all our wedding packages includes all day coverage.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

No, we basically packed along personal energy bars & drinks which we snack on during down time. We abide by this in other to avoid unnecessary emergencies. In other words, it keep us focus more on the wedding.

Do you charge for travel?

Travel expenses only occur if the wedding is out of MD, DC, VA. We discuss with our clients one on one what it might cost them in addition to the package or negotiate the travel expense with the customized package. Whichever one suites their choice.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

4 - 6 weeks after the wedding, because we do edits all our pictures

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

Online proofing with a password, or book style proofing.

How long can the client keep the proofs?

Online proofing available from 2 - 4 months depending on negotiated wedding package. And it can be renewed after it expires. The book proofing is for client to keep.

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?

Yes, because our studio covers the event, but client always get a release to print from any of the media format given.

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

It is negotiable, if a client does not like the idea, we adjust the contract to fit their request pertaining to their pictures being published by any means.

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?

Yes

Will images be available for viewing online?

Yes

What kind of albums do you offer?

Flush mount digital album, matted albums, book formats, with variety of covers to select.

When will the client get the final album?

6 - 12 weeks from the time the studio receive their pictres selection.

When you are planning your wedding, find yourself a good wedding planner, because trying to do it all by yourself is really exhausting.
A professional wedding planner will help you cover every details and give you feed back on every aspect of your wedding plans.
Besides it will give you a peace of mind and allow you to focus your energy and attention on other important stuff
Also remember to attend any consultation by any of your vendors. and have one one one conversation with them
so as to be on the same page. but remember most of the job will be handle by your planner.

Choosing a Photographer, it is very important that you do a research on photographer's work that suites your choice or meet your expectation,
be sure to review the photographer's work at least more than two weddings they've covered so as to give you an idea of their style of photography.
This will allow you to make a good decision on whom to choose as your wedding photographer . Besides it is very important to follow your heart
when deciding. if you do not like a photgrapher's work, pls dont feel pressured because of their attractive offer. Please move on and get the ones that you
like their work. though their package might be high, but you cannot afford to compare quality work with quantity, bcos quality work will always last
and brings back the memories.
