I purchased an order from them and had excellent service and was very satisfied. I spoke to the owner
who said that the two employees who weren't servicing his customers to his standards were terminated.

I would rate them lower if the option was available!! I would like to save anyone the headaches from ordering from this company. By far the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. First of all the plates we ordered came only 2 days before our wedding when they were supposed to be there at least a week before. Second when they finally did arrive they were not even the same brand, size, or amount that we did order! We had to go out and buy plates that would work for what we were serving the day before our wedding. To add to that the return process is still ongoing over a month later with the crazy lady refusing to credit us for our returns. They provided a shipping label and when all of the items didn't make it to their warehouse we are getting charged for them. I don't want the stupid plates that are the wrong size, brand, and amount that I ordered in the first place so obviously didn't keep them. Basically we ended up paying this joke of a company for something we didn't even use and had to pay again for the plates we actually used. I would save yourself some time, money, and definitely headaches and go elsewhere with your business. I definitely didn't think we would go through all this drama over something as silly as the plates but this has been the biggest hassle out of the whole wedding process. STAY AWAY!!!!!

STAY AWAY from this company. I ordered over $400 worth of plates only to never ave them arrive. I live in a remote location and had to drive 650km to the closest place to buy plates for my bush wedding 2 weeks before the wedding. I still don't have my money back from this grub. I have emailed her so many times wit absolutely NO responses and now her website no longer exists. Thank God, at least this is one way of stopping this animal from ripping others of. Her trade name is Janyce Granoff. Steer as clear as possible. Karma lady, Karma!
