Welcome to Cinnabar Hills Golf Club. We are pleased that you are interested in our food and beverage service. In addition to a spectacular location with incredible views, we are delighted to offer a first-rate facility with a wide variety of food selections for any type of social or business event. We accomodate weddings (ceremonies and receptions), retirement parties, holiday gatherings, business meetings, tournament banquets and more. Our maximum capacity with a dance floor is approximately 250 people.

How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
We charge a room rental fee for receptions of $1275.00. We also charge a cake cutting fee of $2.00 per person. The rest of the charges are based per person and vary depending on what options you choose.
 
Do you offer any special services?
We can provide specialty linens, chair covers, and sashes at an additional fee.
 
Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners?

Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?
We charge a ceremony fee of $995.00 which includes 30 additional event minutes, the arch, aisle runner, white chairs, and rehearsal time.
 
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
We provide tables, chairs, linens, flatware, glassware, dance floor, waitstaff, and bartenders.
 
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
No, but we do provide a recommended vendors list.
 
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
We are not contracted with any musicians. There is no fee to bring in your own dj or band.
 
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
Our museum can be rented out for $1,000.00.
 
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
No, all alcohol must be purchased through Cinnabar Hills. We do allow wine and champagne to be brought onto premise with a corking fee of $10 per bottle.
 
What restrictions (if any) on decorations?
As long as you are defacing our property by sticking nails into the walls or putting tape on our paint we do not have strict limitations on decorating. We require that all candles are contained within some type of glass enclosure.
 
What restrictions (if any) on photography?
Photos must be taken in the surrounding areas of the clubhouse. Photography is not allowed on the course in places that would interfere with the speed of play.
 
Does your venue often accommodate more than one event at a time?
No, we only accomodate one wedding per day.
 
Describe your bathroom facilities:
Our men and women's bathrooms are accessible to the golfers. The bride's changing room is located at the end of the women's restroom. It has a keyless entry that locks automatically so all of your belongings will be safe inside.
 
Describe your parking facilities:
We have an extremely large parking lot. We do not charge any additional fees.
