Charlene was amazing! She plays the piano so beautifully and was really interested in customizing the music to meet our tastes.

Responsiveness-- She was extremely responsive. She replied to emails within hours and she was very well organized.

Value for Cost-- In my opinion, she didn't charge enough! Charlene showed up to our wedding well in advance of when we expected her, just so she could be sure that she didn't hit traffic. She played music while the guests were arriving and then at certain points during the ceremony. She also spent about an hour with us a few months before the wedding where she played samples for us.

Flexibility-- Charlene had the standard options for us to choose from but also a wide variety of less traditional options. She also composes her own music, so that was an option too.

As a pianist myself, I appreciate a musician who plays with enthusiasm and she certainly falls into that category.

Charlene was a wonderful choice for our ceremony music. She was very well organized, utterly professional, responsive to our preferences, and a joy to work with. She was great about working with other musicians and singers who arrived in town only the day before the wedding. She did a wonderful job coordinating and leading, as well as singing and playing. We chose one of her original compositions as a prelude. It -- and all of the music -- got rave reviews from our guests!

Charlene was a pleasure to work with! She was always responsive and had lots of ideas and suggestions to make our ceremony music fit with our vision for the day. She was even willing to coordinate getting music to out-of-town family members who we wanted to have play during the ceremony, and took the time to rehearse with them (working around their schedules).

Charlene provided amazing music for our wedding in November. My husband and I were quite particular about having music that was not only pretty, but meant something special to us. Charlene worked with us and gave suggestions, that helped us create a wonder setting for our wedding. We received multiple compliments on the quality of our music long after the wedding. We knew and liked Charlene's music, especially her classical and classical-inspired pieces from her album, "Flickering Images." We wanted something beyond the typical for our wedding, so we commissioned Charlene to write all of the ceremony music: opening, processional, bridal march, recessional.

Simply put, we loved what she gave us. Working with us to get ideas about the theme and location of the wedding, studying the pace of my wife's bridal march steps, and listening to some recommendations, Charlene composed a lovely Beethoven-inspired march. After a few months, with some back and forth and regular updates, we had a suite of music of our own, recorded in a professional music studio.

In telling people about my wedding, I always mention that we had music composed especially for us by Charlene. It added such a personal and intimate touch to our wedding.
