Big River Photography has been open since 2007. I specialize in wedding and engagement photography.  I love using natural light and catching candid moments and emotions.

 

When I photograph a wedding in the Dubuque area, I bring an assistant photographer with me for 3 hours.  She is an additional photographer for the ceremony and helps me organize people during group shots.

 

All of my work is done on location. This gives me the ability to use a variety of unique backgrounds while using as much natural light as possible.  

 

One of my goals is to be as eco conscious as possible.  I print all business cards and promotion items on recycled paper.  I also use a print lab that harnesses the use of wind power and has a neutral footprint.
