What type of decor (if any) do you offer?
BELLES FLEURS can provide decorative items by special request. A refundable deposit fee may be required.
 
Do you provide non-floral additions to floral arrangements?
BELLES FLEURS can provide any non-floral additions you may require. Some items may be purchased and some may be rented.
 
Do you offer full-services, such as wedding day setup, for an additional fee?
BELLES FLEURES customizes their services to fit their clients? requests and needs.
 
Di you have not worked at the ceremony or reception sites previously, would you be willing to visit the sites before the event?
BELLES FLEURS offers on-site consultation services to all of our clients.
 
Do you offer flower preservation services?
BELLES FLEURS does not offer preservation services but can recommend others that provide this service.
 
Do you offer any other specializations that have not been covered?
Although BELLES FLEURS specializes in wedding floral designs, we also provide floral designs for any event or occasion. Additionally, we work closely with other partners including cake decorators, photographers and catering services.

Are your prices the same all year? 
Although BELLES FLEURS always strives to find the best pricing from their suppliers, prices do vary according to season and the availability of the specific flowers.  Valentines Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas are times when prices for flowers have traditionally been higher.

Once I have received my price quote, will my price change? 
BELLES FLEURS takes pride in never increasing or changing the quoted price even if there is an increase in price from their suppliers.  Short answer, no.

Can I add to or delete items from my order? 
At BELLES FLEURS you can add or delete items up to two weeks prior to the event.  Depending on the request, we may be able to make some exceptions.

Can I rent some items? 
Yes, BELLES FLEURS does rent some items.  There will be a refundable deposit required.

How can I pay for my order? 
BELLES FLEURS offers several payment plans depending on the size of the order.  We accept major credit card payment online and via email through PAYPAL.  PAYPAL offers a safe and secure way to make easy, online payments.  We also accept personal checks and of course, cash.

Tips and Advice

When securing your wedding date, if it falls around a holiday...schedule your consultation at least 6-8 months ahead.  Holiday dates are always in demand, so don't forget to book early!
