What types, such as unedited footage or special effects, of videography do you offer?
Unedited footage (contact for pricing). Edited Footage. 1-2 Videographers. Special Effects. Lighting. Microphones.
Describe any special editing services you offer:
Montage at the end of your DVD for added finesse. You will be able to show your whole wedding DVD in less than 5 mins to your guests when you don't want to make them sit through the whole video. The photography "coffee table" equivalent.
Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?
Yes.
How many videographers do you work with?
We currently have 3 on call including myself.
Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?
Of course. We would highly recommend meeting with us to better get a feel for your wedding and offer prices/packages.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes. I will always be present.
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
One wedding per day.
Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
Yes.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Camera(s). Tripod. Batteries. Lighting equipment. Travel bag. Microphones.
Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
Usually just 1 meal-break.
Do you charge overtime?
Yes.
Do you give access to your raw footage?
Yes.
Do you reserve the right to use the video in the future for promotions, contents, etc.?
Yes, if customer agrees to it.
Is the client involved in the editing process? If so, how much input does the client have in editing?
Before the video goes into editing we always ask the bride and groom if they have any expectations to how the video is edited. Usually this is talked about when you meet us.
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
There's a big range depending on each wedding. We will know that information once the wedding has been filmed. If you have a certain time period in which you will like the edited DVD, then we can strive to get it done for that time. Doing so may result in loss of editing quality.
