We are located off the mainland in Dayton a Beach, from our porch you can see the river and from our sidewalk you can see the ocean.  We are an urban flair inn with resort style amenities. 

We have 7 guest rooms, can sit down formal cater for 20 in the dining room, we have a choice of one long formal table or 6 seperate, for more casual. We can accomodate up to 50 for appitizers, or up to 100 outside with an outside caterer, we can recomend or of your choice as long as licensed.  

If you decide to rent all seven of our rooms the inn becomes exclusive to you.  This exclusive stay makes everyone more comfortable as it is only your close friends and family that are at the inn. Public areas are only able to be acessed by key, all areas inside the inn are exclusive to you, your friends, and your family. We find that family members when rushing to get ready love being able to run back to other members rooms without being concerned about a tie not being on or that there in a bathrobe. When relaxing time comes around, its only your friends and family in all the public areas, so as long as you all agree you can stay up and watch a movie in the living room area, or have drinks on the porch and you are free to stay up or go to bed without complaints from other guests. This freedom is priceless

Did we mention that while your here, we are a four minute walk to the beach, or since its Daytona Beach you can drive on the beach in under a minute, lights permiting. We are across the bridge from beach street clubs and restaurants, and just over one mile to seabrease clubs and restaurants.
