Do you charge for trials?
Yes, there is a trial charge. But if the bride books her wedding with me the $45 charge will be applied to her package price.
Do you travel to the client on the day of the event? If yes, is there a fee?
Yes I will travel to the client on the day of the wedding. There is a small travel fee if I am driving more than 25 miles one way.
How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party? Are there discounts for doing so?
I can serve the entire bridal party (usually no more than 12 people).
How far in advance should clients book your services?
In busy months like spring and summer they should book at least a few months in advance. They can book a year in advance if that is what is comfortable for them!
What is your cancellation policy?
If we have a contract and a deposit is put down and the client decides to cancel, the deposit will not be refunded. If there is a cancellation before the contract there is no charge.
