We are All Kinds of Whoopie (AKW), a mother-daughter business generated from our love for baking and family memories, based in Weehawken and North Arlington, New Jersey.

My mom, Maria Lorena, and I were devastated when my grandmother, Jenny Victoria (Toyita), passed away in January 2011 due to Renal Failure. The best way for us to cope with her loss was to talk about all the fond memories we shar...ed with our Toyita. After a few months we realized that the majority of all these mental snapshots were held in the kitchen: cooking, baking, laughing.... together.

My grandmother was born and raised in Ecuador (and eventually immigrated to the US in the 60's). She used her culinary talents to make extra money decorating wedding cakes, making hors d'oeuvres for parties, selling ethnic Ecuadorian "Street Foods" from home, all while keeping her tremendous sense of humor and ability to put a smile of everyone's face. She is our inspiration for creating All Kinds of Whoopie...

Here, at All Kinds of Whoopie we are experimenting everyday to come up with fun, new flavors for people of all ages to enjoy!!
