Alison Yin is a photographer whose roots lie in photojournalism and documentary storytelling. Her life experiences have taken her all over the world from the Atacama Desert in Chile to the castles in France. Alison is a graduate of the prestigious School of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. She is an award-winning photojournalist who has worked for news organizations all over the country prior to launching her wedding photography business in California. Alison uses her skills as an exceptional storyteller to photograph weddings in a beautiful fine art documentary style that captures moments as they unfold throughout the day. Alison's images are imaginative and artful, and they reveal the essence, spirit, and uniqueness of each wedding. Based in Los Angeles and Oakland, Alison is available for weddings and portrait commissions throughout the world including both domestic and international assignments.
