Chef Anthony Pepe is the chef-proprietor of Tie The Knot Catering, Affordable Catering By Chef Pepe and King of Pasta Catering.  He began his culinary career with a vision of creating North Florida's finest and affordable catering services. Chef Pepe's training includes attending Northwood Institute of Florida, Florida Culinary Institute, as well as the University of Florida.  In addition, Chef Pepe trained with certified chefs at the Culinary Institute of America and Johnson & Wales University.  Chef Pepe is a Certified Dietary Manager, a Certified Food Protection Professional and is also a Certified ServSafe Manager.  He is also a member of the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals.
