Accolade is a 7-piece band specializing in popular dance music from the 60s through today, with a focus on Motown, Top 40, R&B/Soul/Funk, and Disco, as well as jazz and light music for dinner and cocktail hours. From 2001-2011, the band was known as Pleasure Groove.  The word accolade means "an expression of the highest praise," and the name Accolade was inspired by the consistently enthusiastic response the band received from their clients and audiences during their first ten years.  Accolade has two of the most extraordinary lead singers you'll find anywhere, which may explain why their clients are routinely asked by their guests, "Wow! Where did you find this amazing band?"

In addition to their great music, Accolade offers many "special touches" to help make your event as successful and hassle-free as possible.
