Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes, I am the primary photographer at your event.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Although this has never occurred, I do have a replacement photographer should I be unable to fulfill the booking.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
3 cameras with 3 separate lenses, 3 flashes, diffusers and batteries.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Coverage is provided and charged based on the package selected.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Yes, I am available to shoot overtime, and the fee is based on the package selected.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
None.
Do you charge for travel?
Up to one hour travel time each way is included. After that, travel is charged for addtional time and mileage.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
All images are edited, retouched and color corrected. A minimum amount of images are guaranteed with each package and depends on the number of hours of coverage. The delivery time ranges from 4 to 8 weeks and depends on the package selected and the season. An estimated delivery date is given on the Production Agreement.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Our clients receive 4x6 color proofs in a proof album, an online Photo Sharing Gallery hosted for one year and the high resolution images on Gold archival CD's are included in all packages.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
The proofs are included in all packages and are theirs to keep.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
A Photographer's Release is included in all packages so our clients can make as many copies of their images wherever and whenever they like.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes, the high resolution images are provided on Gold Archival CD's
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes, an online Photo Sharing Gallery is hosted for one year from the ship date.
What kind of albums do you offer?
We provide enlargement services and traditional wedding albums by request.
When will the client get the final album?
The delivery time is based on the complexity of the wedding album.
