We were very happy with A Luxury Limousine Service. We rented a Mercedes E-Class Sedan to drive us from the church to the reception. The driver was very friendly and professional. The car was real nice, very clean, quite and smooth.
It was a nice treat to sit back and relax, regain our composure for the reception.

Shane, the owner, was so easy to work with and showed us the vehicle at his own house. We were impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the vehicle, as well as the little "extras." The day of the wedding, the limo arrived a little early and I was excited to see that Shane was actually our driver! Just casually talking to him for a few minutes, I knew it was a hectic day for the company, because it had rained for good part of the morning and early afternoon, so their schedule for the fleet had to be completely rearranged. But I would have never known, because he treated us like we were his only customers. Also, even though it had rained all morning, the vehicle was still very clean. We had some extra time after our first location drop-off for a photo shoot, so Shane was kind enough to unexpectedly take us to another location for more pictures. We stayed on schedule and Shane was so flexible and pleasant to work with.

In my personal opinion:
The front of my dress was smeared with what I believe to be tire grease after getting in and out of the limo. I believe this is due to poor cleaning of the limo. When the driver was confronted about this I feel he was very rude and snappy.
When I called the main office I was denied reinbursment for 1) The tip since I didn't feel I should have to tip a rude limo driver 2) My dress or its cleaning. He did offer to pay for spot cleaning (which I talked to cleaners and since my dress was so smeared with the black grease I needed it fully cleaned) 3) He also denied reinbursement for the limo...which I felt was deserved since I believe it was the limo that damaged my expensive wedding dress. I am so sad and so disappointed...I feel this ruined my big day
