The story of our wedding

We couldn't have wished for a more perfect fall day! Our wedding was an absolute dream. We got ready at our parent's houses and had our first look at Alpine. For the ceremony, we went for a very Bridgerton-feel, with instrumental covers of our favorite pop songs. I worked with our wonderful officiant to write our ceremony, which meant the world to us. We shared handwritten vows with one another, before our friends and family. After we were married, we celebrated with a private champagne toast before enjoying cocktail hour with our guests. Our first dance was to "Can't Help Falling in Love," by Elvis, and halfway through, we invited our guests to join us on the dancefloor. We chose this song in honor of my late grandmother, who loved his music! Throughout the night, we had my mother make a toast before dinner, and some of our wedding party read us speeches that we'll never forget. We had a cake cutting-ceremony, laughed, and made such wonderful memories with all of our loved ones. My in-laws even led a circle in the Dabke! Before ending the night, my mother-in-law, who is originally from Poland, presented us with bread and salt wrapped in a napkin-a symbol of good health and fortune for us as newlyweds. All in all, our wedding was an absolute dream come true.
