The story of our wedding
Our Love Story
Delise and Erik are a very special couple.
They have been together for nearly 14 years, as their relationship matured from a friendship to an enduring love.
Their stars collided when Delise’s friend , who lived across the street from Delise and next door to Erik, invited her to join him at a party at Erik’s house.
Erik knew early on in their relationship that he and Delise had a special connection and that she was the right person for him.
Their love for each other has continued to grow with time
Erik loves how Delise is sweet, smart, beautiful and driven and how she brings out the best in him and they can spend hours with each other without getting tired of each other.
Delise loves how Erik has brought so much love into her life and how he makes her feel so loved and is not only handsome, smart and funny but also laid back, and easy going.
She loves that he is a good father, hard-worker, and always puts Delise and her feelings first.

Erik said it best when he said that Delise is his best friend.
Engagement
Erik surprised Delise with a early birthday trip to New York in December 2019, she was so excited to visit the big city for the first time with Erik. They had a romantic dinner, Erik then took Delise to the top of the Empire State Building and with the most beautiful view of the city he got down on one knee and asked her to marry him.
The Wedding
We got married in March 2022 at Calamigos Ranch in Malibu. It was a small romantic wedding with around 75 people. The venue was called The Birchwood Room, a beautiful outdoor garden with waterfalls, lots of greenery, and two tall Birchwood trees lined the aisle. The theme was whimsical, fairytale with lots of candles on top of wood stumps and the colors were sage green and dusty Rose. The reception was a room with a huge dance floor cozy fireplace that opened up to an outdoor deck with twinkle lights hanging from the trees above.
Favorite moment
The night was so fun with an open bar making our signature drinks, which were Mary Me Margaritas and Mint to be Mojitos and the Cuban sandwiches were delicious at the end of the night. The Photo booth and cigar lounge were a big hit. The best part of the night was the First Dance when Erik lifted Delise in the air and everybody cheered!
