When to give bridesmaids gifts?

Im having a rehearsal lunch in a private room at a restaurant and there will be a total of 40 people attending. All of the bridal party with their significant others and both sides of our family's including grandparents.
I have put together some gift boxes for my bridesmaids and bought them custom robes. My FH got shaving kits for his groomsmen and we are buying gifts for the parents.
I was wondering if I should gift these during the rehearsal lunch or wait until the day off. Another thought I had was giving them the giftboxes and leaving the robes to hang at the venue.
Any thoughts or reccomendations help, thank you.

I’m planning to give mine at the rehearsal dinner but I don’t think either is wrong. If you have “prop” gifts you will be requesting them to use for photos then I would give them the night before so they have them.

We are giving ours at the rehearsal dinner in between the meal and dessert. My FH and I will get up and say a thoughtful little speech and hand out our gifts to our parents and bridal party.

We are going to do it at our rehearsal lunch, the day before the wedding (which will include shoes that we want them to wear for the wedding). We plan to make a speech about our wedding party before giving the gift. They are all traveling from out of town to be there so we want to make sure they feel special.

Well I am not that far planned lol. But we will probably give gifts at rehearsal lunch/dinner. There will be so much going on the day of that it could just slip your mind!
