What are you most looking forward to about being married?

Having a new name and starting our family. Also getting my military ID card so I can visit him at work without being escorted everywhere.

I think having my best friend by my side for the rest of my life will be awesome. Also, planning on a baby. I have a 4 year old but he doesn't have any of his own so that will be exciting.

So much will change for us. I'm exciting to live together, the wedding night (we are celibate so that says a lot), calling him my husband, taking his last name, cooking together and having a marriage.

We already own a home together, share a bank account, etc. so I don't feel like a ton is going to change. I'm looking forward to feeling more solid in our relationship, growing our family together, and getting to call her my wife.

We lived together for 4 years before we were married, so not much changed in that aspect. But referring to each other as husband and wife has been great! Our kids like finally being able to say "Bonus Mom" or "Bonus Dad" instead of dads girlfriend or moms boyfriend is nice for them too!

Look forward to finding our forever home and building our life together.

Waking up to him,taking showers together.Being allowed to call him My Husband,him honoring my last name. Him joining my church once we wed.

Having his last name and being with him forever. Legally, and all the benefits.
And to stick it to the people( friend or family) who doubted he’d ask and we’d actually get married... Especially one certain “lil” person...

There are a few things I am excited about. First and foremost, I am so excited to just be his wife and him my husband. After years as best friends and then becoming partners, this is the ultimate final step in commitment for our relationship. I am also excited to take his last name and finally share the name with him and our two daughters. This is also the first step for us towards the step-parent adoption process for my eldest daughter. He has been her dad since she was 2 (she is now 7) and has wanted to legally adopt her for years. We will be able to move forward with the adoption process one year after we are legally married which is huge for our family. She wants to take his name too which is so sweet!!

I’m so ready to be married to my man, and to finally take his last name. I’ve hated my last name all of my life (dead beat dad) and am excited to have the last name of the man i love and the family i love.

After 10 years being able to call him my husband and spending the rest of our lives together.

FH and I are living separately until we're married. I just can't wait to come home to each other every day...which is only 6 days away

It sounds so silly but after 6 years I look forward to belonging to my husband, having his last name, being his wife, and an official part of his large family.

Firstly, I can't wait to wake up in his arms!! Secondly, calling him, " husband."

I'm ready to give up my last name and call my FH my husband!

The promise of it. For lack of a better word. We live together so I get to see him everyday. So the promise and being part of him.

The best part is hearing him call me his wife and me getting to call him my husband I also LOVE seeing that ring on his finger haha (it's kind of a turn-on to be honest).

I will admit, it's kind of weird being married (2.5 months for us so far). All of the excitement of wedding planning is over and life is kind of feeling stale and boring at the moment, but I am excited for the next big thing to happen... purchasing a home by the end of the year (hopefully)!

Im glad I am taking his last name

Been together 6 years, friends the first yr, dating 3 yrs, engaged 2 years! Finally being done with the wedding will be the best feeling ever I know it. And after that finally being able to say husband after two yrs of fiance lol. We've lived together the last two yrs but building the house into more of a home and buying our first home, having kids, living life! Travelling, build a stronger relationship together with God, spending time with friend's and family, chasing our dreams and supporting each other, being able to shop again! (Omg its been a struggle for rea bc of wedding expenses) chilling at home w no stresses, just living life with my boo 💖 Lol. Ahhhhh cant wait
