Welcome bags for the guest

Hope, on February 26, 2021 at 1:29 PM Posted in Vermont Planning 0 4
I would like to know other future brides/ brides ideas on getting items for a welcome gift for guests. My wedding is in Oct 2022 in Vermont. I know Vermont is known for their maple syrup, I’m planning on giving maple syrup as favors.

What about some maple candies? There are some cute ones on Etsy!

For Vermont products you should check out Maple Grove Farm products, Lake Champlain Chocolates, Green Mountain Coffee products, or a local jam/jelly. 🍁

In welcome bags I also see bottled water, wedding information, mints, advil, and sometimes a personalized cup or koozie!

I think Vermont maple syrup is classic and a great choice if you are having guests from other areas. If many of your guests are coming from Vermont they probably have plenty of local maple syrup already.

One of my favorite Vermont made products are goats milk caramels from Big Picture Farm in Townshend, VT. They are delicious, adorably packaged, and the company is super sustainable and reeks of feel good vibes. Their Instagram account is 90% adorable goats photographed in beautiful golden morning light and guaranteed to make your heart feel a little bit lighter. The caramels would be perfect as wedding favors, spread on your table, or as part of a dessert bar.
